The Meaning Behind MGTOW & The Red Pill Theory
A vast majory of people in the world fail to understand the meaning behind what MGTOW really is. Claims of assumtion are made (but not limited to) the gender of the person who is against it. Men and women have different views on what MGTOW is if they don’t see what it actually is. Arguments are dependent on who it comes from and the background on that person. Being against MGTOW and shaming men for choosing it is bad, but normal for people who don’t view the world in the same light.
Men will typically say that men who are MGTOW are most likely homosexual and are mentally ill. They have issues and need a girlfriend or to get married. They NEED to lose their metaphorical virginity and NEED to be sexually active.
Women will typically say that men who are MGTOW are selfish with their money and are bad people for not wanting to have children and starting a family. They must obviously HATE WOMEN for not wanting to be with them. They HAVE to start a family. They HAVE to be a provider. If not, they are selfish.
Arguments are not limited to genders once again, but seeing a man say something that a woman would say or vice versa is not normal to see. Shaming someone for going the route that is against the social normative is obviously something that stands out. But in order to fully understand why people are shamed for MGTOW. We should probably go over what EXACTLY MGTOW is.
MGTOW is not a group of people (led by common misbelief). MGTOW is an ideology in which Men Go Their Own Way; hence the abbreviation MGTOW (pronounced migtouw). It is nothing more than that from the surface. Every man has a different interpretation on what it is. It can be a face value term, or have some meaning behind it to someone. The face value meaning behind MGTOW is broken up into four distinct elements that define why Men Go Their Own Way.
1. Opposing Gynocentrism and Hypergamy (Double Standards)
-Gynocentrism is the dominant focus on women in society and the government. Women are made to be the high and mighty people of the world in countries like America. The biggest dominant focus is the rigged court system. Women that divorce husbands have a 50% higher chance in success, rather than the other way around. Not only this, but when men have been divorced, the mother has the legal right to take a large sum of the man’s money, the children, and even in some instances the house. The mother can still divorce and do this even if the husband did nothing wrong. What is the man left with? Maybe some cash left and child support payments that are forced to be paid monthly. There are men who are forced to pay child support for children who are not even their’s.-Before getting into Hypergamy, mine as well finish double standards. Another large double standard is false rape claims. A women can give consent to a sexual relationship with a man. But afterwards, the female can turn around and say that he raped her. All the police need, is bodily proof and in the can he goes. How ridiculuous does it sound when a man says a woman raped him? Very. You don’t hear about it, but it happens. On May 29th of this year, according to The Sun News of the UK, “Three women ‘raped man, 23, for THREE days’ after kidnapping man in a taxi and force-feeding him energy drinks in South Africa.” When you go on the news, all you hear is about how women are raped all of the time, and how evil men are. What you don’t hear, is the other way around.
-Last here is Hypergamy, or the Hypergamous mindset. Hypergamy is marrying someone who is of higher class and displays more wealth than the person who he/she is marrying. A number of women (not all) according to forums which display thousands of stories on why men went MGTOW, left men for a much richer and more successful male. Proving a point later on that shows wealth is what attracts a large number of women (once again, not all women).
2. Financial Independence.
-Being married or in a relationship involves working yourself harder than you should to become overencumbered with stress and anxiety, whilst not having as much money as you think you have. Through history and societal standards, men are to be the ones who provide for the family. It starts with a few hundred over time, then a few thousand for marriage. Then another few thousands for a child. Then ANOTHER few thousands for ANOTHER child. The cycle repeats itself, and has become the normal standard of living.-In my opinion, I don’t care whether a couple marries or not. They do, congratulations to them. If not, whatever. I personally don’t like kids either. I find young children to annoy me and disgust me on levels (like cleaning up diapers, cleaning vomit or spit, etc). So I will say it again, I could care less if someone wants to get married, good on them. I just wouldn’t do it myself.
3. The Death of Chivalry
-For people who don’t know, chivary is the act of being a protector to a female and doing remedial tasks for the female’s approval. Examples of this include opening doors for her (because she is a female, not-because-she-is-another-human-being-so-you-should-probably-hold-the-door-open-for-her-anyways), paying for you and her meals on dates, and my favorite: supposed to be the one to make a move on a female.-My opinion on chivarly is that it is wrong to do these things because she is a female. I used to be a huge supporter of chivarly, not anymore. You shouldn’t hold open a door for a female because she is a ‘lady’. You should open the door because she is another human trying to enter/exit the same building as you. It is just the right and moral thing to hold the door open for others who are entering/exiting behind you. Older people however (to be blunt) are unable to do all of the tasks that younger people are able to do. Not always, but sometimes this is true. There are older people who are stronger and more acive than I am, which is proof that it is not always true. People with canes should have someone hold a door open for them. If they have a disability with movement, you should do the courtious thing and help them by opening doors for them. Paying for meals because it is a first date and you want her to admire you is WRONG. Paying for the meal everytime because she shouldn’t have to is WRONG. Whoever invites the significant other on a date, should be the one who pays. If a male wants to spend his money on every single date, go ahead as it is money I refuse to spend like that. If a male pays for admiration of the female, he is paying for the wrong reason in mind. He should be paying just to be a nice person. This last opinion regards the final example. Men are supposed to be the ones who are to go up to a girl of interest and talk to her. He is the one to ask her out. He is the one to ask on a date. He is the one to ask for marriage. You hear about men wanting to group up and go somewhere to ‘pick up chicks.’ I have never, in my entire life, heard of a group of women that go out for the sole purpose to ‘pick up guys.’ I believe it may happen, but I have never seen it myself.
4. Going Against What a Man Should Be.
-The defintion of a man is interpretted as a social defintion: “A man is a person who protects his female, provides her food and shelter, and supports a thriving family.” But when someone steps out of the realm of this, they are known as boys who are less than men. In order to be a man in today’s world, you MUST date, marry, and have a family. You can’t simply just be a working citizen and pay taxes like every other worker. Men are SHAMED for not wanting to do these things. A man should do things to get women, right? WRONG.-I have been told many times, I should have a girlfriend because I have a car, motorcycle, and some money. I SHOULD have a girlfriend for that reason, but I choose not to. It further proves another point in the MGTOW argument. By someone saying that I should get/have a girlfriend because I have two vehicles that I have paid for with my money, and because I have money, I don’t interpret it the same. In your mind, you are thinking I should be in a relationship because I have two vehicles and money to spend. In my mind, I interpret it as: “Since you have wealth, you should have a female who wants some of that wealth too.” Everyone knows that these types of females are gold diggers. Maybe it is because men are the ones that are SUPPOSED to make the big bucks, and women are SUPPOSED to be the ones to may work/may take care of children and USE that money from the male. Why can’t both work a well paying job and have combined funds with great income? Why must a female rely on the male? It is because it is how it is supposed to be, from the beginning of humans. When cavemen existed, the men went out in dangerous climates to hunt and collect food. The women stayed at the hut/cave/whatever-it-is to look after the kids. Then the male gives all of the food to the children and mother. He may be left with or without any food for himself.
MGTOW has a number of terms that people should learn if they wish to indulge on the subject or to at least understand what it is. Men that Go Their Own Way are known as Red Pill men. Swallowing the metaphorical Red Pill is understanding what relationships actually consist of and seeing the world differently. Men that swallow this pill don’t view women as people they want to date or marry. They may still find the females appealing, but nothing more than that. Although people pull out the Gay Shame card, not wanting to date does not make a man homosexual. It makes the person pulling the card ignorant to the situation. Blue Pill men are the ones who are called many things. From Blue Pill men, to White Knights, to Manginas, to even a metaphorical Plowhorse. These are the ones who have been offered the Red Pill and refused. They are the ones who subject themselves to the absolute need for the attention and approval of females. They are afraid to be alone, and afraid of loneliness. You are NOT a blue pill male if you date or marry. You are a blue pill male ONLY if you are offered the red pill and refuse. The average man who dates or is married obviously has trouble understanding what MGTOW is. NAWALT and AWALT are two terms that contradict one another. Not All Women Are Like That, and All Women Are Like That. By inference, I don’t need to explain these terms. Many people in the MGTOW community believe in AWALT, but I don’t. I believe there are women who definitely care about men. They genuinely love their men to death and are not like the rest. I will go into more detail with NAWALTS and AWALTS later on. The last three terms coorellate within one another. Alpha, Beta, and Omega males.
Alpha males are the ones who get the female attention they don’t ask for. These are catagorized as the high confident men that (are not limited to) work out, play sports, hang outside of the house and party. Beta males want to be Alpha. They are low confidence, get next to no female attention, but want it badly. They may do the same things that Alphas do, but are just low confidence. Lastly, the more uncommon one is known as Omega Males. Omegas are polar opposites of Alphas. They may/may not get female attention, have varying confidence levels, and keep to themselves. These can be the men who don’t put relationships at the front of their lives. They tend to do more with studying, being independent, and working more as a quiet person. IN SUMMARY: Alphas get attention without asking. Betas don’t get attention but desperately want it. Omegas can care less whether they get attention or not.
I don’t believe all women are evil gold diggers. I don’t believe all women are manipulative. I believe there are a select few who are actually good and loyal out there, but not more than a select few. I never found a genuine female in my life, only unloyal ones. Finding that perfect girl in a modern society is like finding a piece of hay in a needle stack. People think if you keep trying, you will one day meet that perfect girl. I believe it is true, but finding that right person is a 1/1,000,000 chance. Why put yourself through the emotional unrest of trying to find the ‘right’ person? Why search in the needle stack for the piece of hay in the first place? There is someone for everyone, but for some it is only themselves.
The problem with many MEN nowadays is the crave for a relationship. They have the fear of being alone and single. They hate it and want what couples have. I have seen this in person with people I used to associate with. They are so depressed for being single, and can’t live without a woman in their lives. The one question, that throws the world off balance, is why? What is it, about a companionship that will make you feel any better about yourself? Is it having someone there for you? Is it the need for attention of someone else? Is it the quest to find ‘true love’? I used to be depressed about being single. I used to be much more timid, thought about how the world was coming to an end. I thought about how bad it was to be alone for the rest of my life. This went through two instances of unloyal people whom of which are a disgrace to call human beings. Then for once, someone came to me. Someone guided me through the fog of loneliness and took me to the greener pastures. It went good until I learned more things, and realized it was just like the rest. Only this time, worse. I was back in the fog and didn’t know what to do anymore. But when I found MGTOW, my life changed. Instead of relying on someone else to get out of the fog like other men who are craving to find their ‘soul mate’, I got myself out. I escaped and now I sit at the highest mountain, and watch others sift through the fog. I will never be there again. I do not fear loneliness. I do not fear being single. I would like to thank the females who played me for making me see the world in a new light. Because of them, I don’t see the world the same was as others.
Another good analogy to use in finding another female/male if you break up with someone is fishing. When you break up with someone or the other way around, someone will tell you that there are other fish in the sea. What do I say to this? What if I don’t like fishing? What if I just so happen to not want to go through emotional abuse again? What if I refuse to deal with drama that isn’t even in my life? Instead of finding that ‘special someone’, I’d rather find myself. ALL people (men and women) should work on themselves and find who they really are. I’d rather focus on working and making money. Making sums of cash and keeping whatever the government decides to give back to me after taxes.
Overall, MGTOW is not about a bunch of men who can’t get girlfriends, its not about men who hate women, its not about men who are gay, its not about men who have mental issues, its not about men who are scared of women. It IS however, about men who value themselves over anyone else. They want to make themselves happy before anyone else. They believe in self-actualization and want to be true to themselves. A large number of men who parttake in this belief have been married, but destroyed by rigged courts that are in female rule.
Just remember one thing, feminism is a leading factor in what made MGTOW. The confusion of women who are brainwashed by ideology of feminism is what drives MGTOW. The men and women who bash people like me for not wanting to be in a relationship are the ones that make this belief grow. Do NOT listen to feminists. They promote one thing, but say another. They think they are doing good by ‘fighting for woman’s rights’, when in fact they actually have more than men. Whether they see it or not.
Until feminism dies, court laws don’t favor females, and society changes its normal believes towards relationships as a whole, Men Going Their Own Way will only grow instead of decay. But wait, those three things will never change, so MGTOW will only grow larger and larger.

I went to a baseball game and during the game advertisements played with members of the parent organization (minor league) saying that they are man enough to be a girl scout. I wondered what the f~~~ when i heard it so i went home and i looked it up and i found there is even shirts on their main website saying this bulls~~~ line.

If you been around the manosphere long enough you have come across the terms Alpha and Beta alot. Usually it refers to traits that men and sometimes women have however the term is way too subjective in nature.
Because on the one hand you have the forever alone crowd with their meaning of Alpha male being any man that is over 6 foot 2 inches who has a big paycheck coming in and was the caption of the football team in highschool. While on the other hand with the women you have them believe that the Alpha male is the perfect gentleman who practices chivarly, buys women gifts, is the right height and wants a family. Along with all the other definitions used by people but there is no standard for what to base it off of because it is way to subjective.
I mean you even have white knights who believe the Alpha male is the white knight is saves the damsel from the Beta asshole because the Beta asshole treats her like s~~~ even thou in the mind of the Alpha white knight she deserves better then him and is willing to treat her like a princess. And that the Alpha white knights goal is to even fight the Beta asshole if he must to gain access to her hand in marriage/love.
The subjectivity of the biggest problem within the terms and it is far more reasonable for the manosphere (not just mgtow) to adapt the terms niceguy/whiteknight to describe the beta side and jerk/asshole to describe the alpha side. Since even the forever alone crowd definition is flawed because even if you have all the traits of the Alpha (forever alone standard) then you could still be a niceguy or a whiteknight and that would still ruin your chances of getting action.
While the terms Alpha and Beta is not the most used in mgtow it still has problems that need to be addressed in the manosphere
