More and more countries have either stated or hinted that sperm donors may wind up being financially liable for their progeny.

When there was such a thing as society, and the majority of families were more or less sane, I can vaguely see donating sperm, maybe.

Today? No. Other than the unlimited financial liability, I can’t see randomly abandoning progeny to the mercies of . . . God knows what. Lesbians? Homosexuals? Single moms? No, no thank you. Abandoning a child to random people is not moral behavior.

It is a mistake for people to think of men as potential poor breeding stock, when it is the women whom can be worse breeding stock than the men. And not just when it comes to genes.

Women influence children at a far greater degree than fathers. In a way, when it comes to the mother, father dynamic, mothers create the foundation for their children, while fathers build the house for their children, on top of the foundations the mother creates.

As such, a woman that poorly treats her children makes those children, in the long term, more a detriment to society, than an asset. Some children, as they grow up, can recognize this, pull out of this mess, and into a better life. While most do not, making the breeding stock worse in the next generation.

In Danish TV there are adverts screaming “Men! Prove your value! Donate Sperm!”

The national sperm bank, based at Birmingham Women’s Hospital, received a £77,000 grant from the Department of Health to get up and running, but it will now be funded independently of the government.
It was created to help tackle the shortage of donors which often drives patients overseas or to unregistered services. It is also the first UK clinic to give people from ethnic minorities the chance to choose from a range of culturally matched donors.

They should allow men to state their preferences in terms of who can use the sperm. So say, women of equal or greater IQ, women with good incomes, women with no genetic abnormalities on inheritable illnesses, family histories of cancer etc. In fact. they could make the women give passport photos too. So basically, then, if you’re a male and you deem yourself of good stock, there’s kind of something in it for you.

It’s an interesting question of making our genes to live. I do not have any special in my genes: my parents and ancestors are just average mortals, nothing interesting. Nothing really special, anyone is able to do that if pushed hard enough by his circumstances.

another thought, a child with the genes of a MGTOW guy and brought up by a feminist would be a total blue pill anyway. To be going for your own way needs being through some hell, it cannot be inherited by genes.
