Recently Divorced – Our Archaic Legal System

Thank you all for the support here. I’m grateful for all the kind comments and advice. In the past couple days, I’ve been able to find a way forward to pay my retainer for my new lawyer. He’s only charging $500 to represent me at my November 21st court date (which I hope is in the ballpark for this type of hearing).

When I read stories like yours, I’m just blown away. I’m 43, never married, no kids. When all my friends were hooking up in my 20s, they were all pressuring me to do so too. Never did, and then people looked down on me like I was some kind of leper. Now, of all my friends who got married, all of them are divorced now except one- and his wife kicked him out to have a fling with a co-worker and took him back only when co-worker dumped her. I feel so lucky to have dodged the bullet myself, but I’m just blown away when I read posts like yours with all the bloody details. Now that I’m in my 40s I have divorced women from my past looking me up and telling me they’re looking for a ‘good man’. I feel like the translation on that is ‘sucker’. No way. I’m rolling solo and keeping it MGTOW till the casket drops. Stay strong and good luck with your appeal. I sincerely hope things work out for you.

Your journey thru hell is real…but time and persistence will lead you to a well deserved PEACE, QUIET, and FREEDOM. Remind your kids you are divorcing your wife (not them), you love them, and that it will get better in time. Second, get a better lawyer (looks like you did), I’ve been in your position.

Third, consider early retirement and try to get a job close to your kids. Then file for custody readjustment. You’ll end up paying less to your ex. But you’ll have to deal with her more.

What I would do to be in your shoes! Of course I love my children to death but I could’ve lived without all the recent issues surrounding the divorce. I envy you! How nice that must be. =) Thank you for the kind words bro, it means a lot!

Horrible yet oh so familiar story. The injustice of it makes my blood boil. My ex also gets half of my retirement in addition to permanent vaginamony. Men are nothing but human wallets in the family court. We have to change the way family law is practiced to actually make it fair. Stay strong sir. You are among friends here.

Where do I start…

After I left the first monster, somewhere in between then and now, I wandered down the alluring scent trail of young pussy. I was best friends with a new piece of ass for roughly a year until I slipped into a state of vaginal hypnosis. Little did I know at the time, I was frolicking with a covert narcissist (a discovery I made AFTER offering my testicles to the court system by remarrying). SHAME ON ME.

During the marriage, her true colors came out and the psychopath surfaced. Of course, this was the side she kept cleverly concealed. On several occasions, she’d break s~~~ around the house; smash phones, pictures, dishes, and anything else in reach. It’s disgusting to think about how much bulls~~~ I put up with but, yet again, SHAME ON ME.

Back in June I discovered her behind the local pizza shop kissing the 55 y/o owner (who I’d met a week prior). Initial instinct was to f~~~ his world up but no pussy OR man was going to be worth me throwing my career down the drain. Filed for divorce and then the s~~~storm of lies and f~~~ery commenced.

At the beginning of July, she filed an Emergency Protective Order against me claiming “I grabbed both shoulders and said I will kill you”. She then followed up with a Personal Protective Order, claiming I held her down on the couch and wouldn’t let her go (with her signature claiming it occurred in 2012 when I didn’t even know the c~~~ and we lived in different states). In the midst of this, I filed an order against her (surprisingly approved by a female magistrate), keeping her away from me and my house. The same day, she broke in to my house by kicking in the back door’s glass window (while my car was parked outside and I was conversing with my next door neighbor). I called the police, they arrived, and officially served her with the PPO I placed against her. Shortly thereafter, I contacted my realtor and was on track to have the house sold. I signed the documents but she refused to sign them (mind you, there is little to NO equity in the house).

Fast forward to the first court appearance (in relation to her PPO against me)… I had two character witnesses and a bunch of evidence citing her behaviors, desertion of the residence, her living at new boyfriend’s address, breaking into the house, etc. From an outside perspective, it seemed to be completely evident, she was full of s~~~. The judge didn’t hear my character witnesses’ testimony, allowed her to modify the alleged date of assault to 2017, and stated “I believe she is partially credible. I will award her the residence, you will not contact her, and you will refrain from terminating the utilities.” Needless to say, this came as quite a shock. How in the f~~~ did this actually happen?

The same day, I filed an appeal. Since then, I’ve been compiling my evidence against her. I have proof, in the last 2 months, she hasn’t lived in the house. Of course, I had to find temporary residence (living in my car and at friends’ residences got old really quick) and I’ve been on the hook for the mortgage payments. My divorce hearing is scheduled for the 31st of August. The appeal hearing is set for September 16th.

In the past two years, my thirst for pussy, marriage, and questing for love has f~~~ed me royally. I’ve never been the type of fella to pay for pussy but clearly, my bank account and support transfers would show otherwise. Obviously, the first time around wasn’t enough trauma. Apparently, there’s something about self-mutilation I find particularly arousing. I should’ve known, but yet again, SHAME ON ME. Surprisingly, these past two months, I’ve been stiff-arming the f~~~ out of any and all women showing even the slightest interest. The women are f~~~ing relentless. I’m even fully considering the vasectomy option.

All in all, f~~~ the legal ‘system’. The biggest scam in America is marriage. Countless women across the United States are banking on divorce and collecting from the hard-earned paychecks of men. Women are nothing but divisively disguised traps; carefully designed to capture unsuspecting prey and drain them of life.

I might be living in a room the size of your typical bathroom but at least I’m happy. It feels f~~~ing fantastic waking up every morning and taking care of ME. Lately, I’ve been prioritizing my health and saving money towards opening my own clothing company. That said, I’m glad to be back here FOR GOOD.
