Good name… suppose that’s short for ionosphere…that would be the divorce equivalent of above the stratosphere.

Steps to sanity in an insane asylum that is the US and Canadian judicial system.

1.) Divest yourself of all US and Canadian real estate. sell it to your kid for a dollar if you have to.
2) Fly to Dubai/ Qatar/ Saudi Arabia of Bahrain … get a Sharia Law divorce.
3) Open up a post divorce Corporation. Even better if you are dual citizen of another country say if your parent was Russian, British etc.
4) Channel some assets to get a condo there; you can get a visitation visa ; 99 year visa.
5) If you have enough assets rent out another condo… piling the money and leaving it there, never bring it back.
6) Stick the assets in a “trust” under a numbered corporation. Have third party lawyers draw the meeting minutes file its own return and its NOT attached to you. (nor can your EX trace it)
7) If you use the internet to do your job… no need to even leave America..and live there (Dubai) A third party country like Ireland or Isle of Mann can intervene.
8) When the condo has collected enough rent, buy another condo in your young child’s name…when he/she’s 18…enough rent has piled up to guarantee an education. You pay $1,200 and form a new corporation every time it’s close to $100K; keep doing this ad nauseum forever, no tax applies… nobody wants to bother with a hundred tiny little non-descript corporations.
9) Visit occasionally but don’t take out more than 10K : but plastic “gift cards” whose gonna know?
10) Every Hajj get some family to take $9K ten little lids carrying $6K apiece and you have $60K “brought back” legally.
11) Better yet… have an Arabian corporation buy real estate under a numbered shell company that’s overseen by attorneys…make a reasonable tax claim and pay a bit ….nobody’s got the time to trace you and be sure to pay the 5% tax to the Sultan/Emir/King…..nobody will bug you in this lifetime as long as you don’t get married again!!
