Do MGTOW’s look down on drug users?

Excellent post Stargazer, and I completely agree.

The problem with society today is inferior men and women declare they are perfect, can not be judged, and everyone else must follow them. Superior men are tricked into believing they are equal, and begin to take direction from the inferiors, until everyone is engaged in a full sprint to the bottom.

Better for superior men to go their own way instead, and indeed, that is the very origin of MGTOW. Let the inferior men wallow around claiming we are equals, while the MGTOW go off and continue to improve and keep better habits.

I don’t and never will accept a drug user as anything but inferior to me and other quality men. Let them complain and scream all they want. I did not write a post because my general attitude is to not bother engaging with inferior people, men and women alike. But since you wrote the post I felt it was worth a concurrence.

Was actively alcoholic and addicted to benzos too. Crashed hard. Haven’t touched a thing for more than 5 years. Literally the best 5 years of my life. If others can handle it without problems, my hat is off to them. I’m not one of those people.

I could not disagree with this sentiment any more strenuously. If the only thing that distinguished one person from another was, as you say, their viscera, we would all be essentially equal.

This kind of collectivist thinking is exactly what’s wrong with the world today. What distinguishes us is not what is inside of our bodies nor what size, shape or color they are… it is our values that make us distinct and that make some of us better than others.

If one adopts and exercises good values, they are a good person and will tend to experience desirable outcomes in their life’s activities. But if a person believes that we are all equally unremarkable and interchangeable and that values mean nothing then they most likely will not.

Maybe that’s why people do drugs? Because they’re already convinced that they actually are pieces of s~~~? Well if that is the case, then I can not judge any “recreational” drug user any more harshly than they have already judged themselves.

I try not to look down at anyone. I’m not in their shoes. I don’t know know their unique situation. So when Stargazer looks down at drug users the words “pretentious c~~~~~~~~~” comes to mind. Must be the George Carlin coming out of me…

That’s great brother! I haven’t touched a drink for over a decade! In the past 20 years I curtailed its use down to one shot of private stock blue agave Tequila after a 160 mile drive to our skihouse in Vermont, then abolished its use altogether!

The last time I got drunk I turned this entire area and my home into a mini golf course! Samuel Adams Golf Course!

@old sage i was just curious forreal. Some co workers act funny around me because im high sometimes (i can be high and actually do my work) and a chick who i f~~~ed with recently stopped f~~~in with me outta nowhere (not that i care ill choose mary jane over any female ANY day ALL day) and im pretty sure its because of my drug use. I was just curious about how some MGTOW’s felt about it. And no i dont feel insecure about my drug use. Why should i, like i said earlier i have my own apartment, my own car thats fully paid off, and i have two good paying jobs and ive never been late on rent. Again…only TWENTY years old. Not tryna brag or nothin but thats pretty good for a person my age i think. When i first meet people i actually work drugs in the convo and let it be known i smoke weed. That helps me see who i can build actual friendships with. If somebody doesnt like it they dont talk to me anymore. If someone doesnt care then i think thats the start of a chill friendship. Why tell em that right off the bat? Imagine i meet a person and i dont tell them and we become chill. 3 months later they find out i smoke and then dont wanna f~~~ with me anymore. Thats 3 months wasted puttin energy into friendship that was ended because that person simply doesnt like that i get high.

You already lost all cred here when you put weed in the same basket as hard drugs, the leap in “logic” is astounding.

I think we will all agree on the coke and heroin being a bad idea, but to say that someone who smokes weed is somehow being worse to themselves than someone who drinks is hilarious. It is the age old Tradcon argument, always flown right into the face of logic, repeatedly, and without shame. Do you guys keep a straight face while saying s~~~ like that? I always imagine a troll laughing on the other end, as everyone knows that alcohol is far worse for the individual, and society at large, than marijuana.

It is going to be 2018 in a few days, not 1936, Reefer Madness is no longer in theatres as far as I know…Some people are still stuck in the past though, I know Jack was one of them as the s~~~ he said seemed like it came straight out of 1930’s propaganda.

That is actually very wise, why give them a reason right? Tazz, you wouldn’t go to work drunk and expect zero backlash would you? I know, you can operate just fine while stoned, you are what is called a functioning stoner, no problem for you whatsoever, but as long as they notice that you are stoned it could become a problem.

I too operate like Old Sage, I only get baked at night or when not at work.
