Just bought a house in her name, I put in half on everything, nice house. Decides she wants to break up 1 year after buying home, Now I have to move into s~~~ty apartment and pay more money. 17 years of buying stuff together, she comes out smelling like a rose. No kids…I have to start over at 52 years old. No common law in Fl.

Get a cheap travel trailer, you can park it cheaply off season, live frugally and in a couple of years you’all be doing better than ever!

I am still in the house, trying to save some $. Things were just going great at my job too ( which I can walk to from here) I was happy, I guess she couldn’t stand to see me happy…no trailers in this area, high rent area…
