I barely talk to my ex now. I’m not your emotional tampon. She’s started cracking jokes and including emojis in her messages out of nowhere. Oh, and kid number two by dude number two is out now, so maybe she’ll be so distracted by the new family she’s had the luxury of cobbling together, that I can take my kid and actually give him a decent life.

I’ve had a standing “I don’t want to talk to you unless it’s an emergency and the kid is in the ER” policy, but apparently that is unreasonable. But remarrying within 12 months of getting divorce papers from the previous marriage is reasonable.

When I was going through divorce and had my house listed, I was able to get all of my stuff in the back of my car, which left everything else to her to deal with. She had a male friend from work who “volunteered” to let her stage stuff in his house temporarily.

I would later find out, from her, that this dude propositioned her for sex, she turned him down, and about a week later his “mom” suddenly had to move in with him and she had to get all her s~~~ out. The funny thing was I told her months before that was going to happen. Nostra-f~~~ing-damus.
