    1. Deathnote is good, i think the character is having some factor to be mgtow (Light Yagami, L, Nate River, Mello, and some other character).
They don’t give a damn about woman.
And in case, they explain woman’s true nature, like Misamisa (the obsession to make mgtow submit at all cost in this case, Light Yagami)

    2. Golgo 13

    3. Hunter x Hunter

Hunter x Hunter was the last anime i watched.

I’m not following much anime since 2010, because i’ve working and anime become less priority of mine, and how anime and movie tendency to pictured man as disposable while woman is goddess.

But still love to if someone can recommend a good anime, without gynocentric bulls~~~, of course, so i can cut my time for inspecting about gynocentric bulls~~~ in the anime.

Ghost in the Shell. A lot of philosophical elements occur in the franchise, and admittedly, I like the protagonist.

I’m still waiting for the Clint Eastwood “Dirty Harry” series. I would happily settle for Kurosawa’s early samurai flicks made into anime.

Yeah throughout Deathnote none of the guys cared for women. Light had a sexy model girlfriend begging to sleep with her and say I have better things to do. Golgo 13 I love that series reminded me of Hitman series video games. Still have to watch Hunter X Hunter.

    7. Gurren Laggan

Ghost in the Shell. A lot of philosophical elements occur in the franchise, and admittedly, I like the protagonist.

    You have good tastes Judicator.

My top five anime series in order are:

(Note all the voice work for the North American english dubs are top notch in all five of these series.)

    1. Black Lagoon. Set in the 1990’s, the series is about modern pirates and gangsters (from around the world) in a corrupt port town, on the eastern side of Thailand, that deals with the drug trade from the Golden Triangle.

This is a great action series. Very dark, but very good.

One of the main Rock is practically a MGTOW and barring one except, the women on the series are strong, independent, and they do not play the victim card. They take responsibility for their action. (Maybe a little to much, as the case of Roberta.) And said woman was chewed out by Rock, while she hold a gun to Rock’s face. (Rock and Revy’s conversation at the end of Episode 07, Calm Down, Two Men. Great scene. One of my favorites in all of fiction. And Revy gets much better by the end of the series.)

    2. Cowboy Bebop. For those that don’t know this series. This is a good western styles jazz and blues music set to an action sci-fi space series about two bounty hunters from opposite ends of the law teaming up to catch bounties.

While this series is set in a reality where humans have colonized the solar system, this is not 2001 Space Odyssey sci-fi. This is a very down to Earth series. Except for the space traveling machines, human’s culture has not changed much. The culture and characters are easily relatable.

Two of the main characters, Jet and Spike are practically MGTOWs. They are not looking for relationships, they are just looking to make a buck and make it through the day. And they do it with style.

    3. Ghost In The Shell. My favorite version is the GITS Stand Alone Complex series. This is how a cyberpunk and post-cyberpunk series is made. This franchise practically defined and redefined these concepts.

The characters, plot, music, and mysteries are sharp and will done. The moral issues discuss and played with in this series are profound to the point of being philosophical.

If ever there was a female character in fiction that defined “alpha female”, (Major) Motoko Kusanagi would be that woman. And she is not really a bitch unless someone really p~~~es her off.

    4. Big O. The main character, Roger Smith, is one part Jame Bond, one part Batman. And he pilots a giant robot. This series is set in a reality that has the feeling of the noir sci-fi style reminiscent of the Black Runner movie, and would likely make Philip K Dick proud.

The plots and mysteries twist and turns are truly entertaining, with mindscrews galore.

    5. Outlaw Star. Good action, and entertaining characters. This series has the same type of sci-fi, riding by the seat of your pants, roller-coaster fun as the original Star Wars trilogy, only without the Galactic Empire breathing down the main characters’ necks.

And there are other anime series I could recommend. But, these are my top five favorites.

So many good have already been mentioned, @himeo ‘s post of stages are excellent.

My favourites, at least for the time being.

One Punch Man: A special sort of thing, it’s epic.

Darker Than Black (season 1) : sci-fi, man hunt, agents.

Berserk (TV) : mature, big swords, lots of bodies, no f~~~s given.

Cowboy Bebop : han solo / bounty hunters, wild west styled mixed with space opera.

Neon Genesis Evangelion (TV) : The deep end.

    Death Note (Season 1):

Code Geass (season 1 as well):

Samurai Champloo : cowboy bebop in samurai/ronin era

Ninja Scroll : Brutal fights and deaths, yet brilliant.

Beck: House rock, band building, dudes, vs mainstream.

NaNa : As have been said, red pills awaits, a real world type of woman(c~~~) awaits, manipulative, lying, playing the victim, cheating, delusional, emotional wreck.

Genshiken: good fun, lax, shallowness of certain girls are displayed, and their failed attempts of hiding it.

Grave of the Fireflies: F~~~ man, this one is hard, but such a grand art piece.

Angel’s Egg. A rare gem, nearly completely silent, dystopian, incredible dark and looming atmosphere through art and music. Riddled with hidden messages and symbolisms. One of those that mind f~~~s you.

NaNa was a brutal anime to watch. Never in my life I really had to try my hardest to stay calm and not get really angry. This anime is like The Manipulated Man of anime.

Ninja Scroll, Vampire Hunter D, Devil Man, Ping Pong Club, Fist of the North Star, to name a few.

The Children of Doom... Doom's Children. They told my lord the way to the Mountain of Power. They told him to throw down his sword and return to the Earth... Ha! Time enough for the Earth in the grave.

Damn. Chaos, you are an old school anime fan. And I mean that as a compliment.

Since you like the series you listed, you might want to check out the post a listed on this page. You will likely find some of those series to be entertaining.

Also, have you seen the Bubblegum Crisis OAVs? Not the remake, but the original OVAs? That series had mass-produced kill robots that made terminators look like pussies in comparison too.

As usual, everyone has different opinions than mine. My favourites are Legend of Galactic Hero’s, Clannad, Code Grass, Kino no Tabi, Berserk, and whatever else I am forgeting . I hate Gainex’s pretentious shows (like FLCL and Gunbuster). Ironically, the guy that turned me onto anime worships Gainax.

Never watched Clannad because I have been spoiled about the ending and what happens. If you like Clannad you might like Toradora.

Thanks for the suggestion but I’ve already seen it. It was alright, but nowhere on the same level as clannad for me. Honestly, I don’t like most of those harems and others like it. If you like visual novels, clannad is now on steam. That way only one of the endings is spoiled for you. The ending was spoiled for me to actually, but it didn’t stop me from riding the emotional roller coaster. I still highly recommend it. It is a rare gem in its genre and the writing is unusually good. Most anime guys I know think very highly of at least the second part of the series. I’m one of the few that loved the first season equally as well. I played 11 of the 14 or so routes in the visual novel and loved them too.

Howl’s Moving Castle is probably my favourite followed by The Cat Returns

If we’re talking about series then I’ve ashamedly mostly watched asinine Shoujo like Ao Haru Ride or Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo

One that’s actually a good Shoujo however is Lovely Complex, or at least I found it funny :S

I’ve been wanting to find more anime that have a good non childish/ cheesy story that’s not full of dopy girls or magical sword fights, I’ve just not got round to it.
