What’s your take here or am I missing something here? Is this a “new” man, something yet unlabelled, or is this still considered a Traditionalist man?
The dude’s f~~~ed! Call him the latest wave MORON, no matter how much you think the “playing field” is leveled, it’s in a woman’s conniving nature to tilt things in back in her favor, hence the gender war continues. MGTOW MEN said F~~~ THAT! and paved the “playing field” over and made it their own personal race track! Women and any concerns they have just don’t make a MGTOW’s f~~~-o-meter needle jump, their abolished from all concern……
Whats it matter? A man makes his own decisions, stands on his own two feet. A man will also bear the consequences of his decisions just as proudly as he made them.
If society were different, there may be alot less MGTOW but the movement will still exist. While I myself didnt wake to MGTOW because of women, I do not deny their inherent traits and there are a great many men who also recognize these traits and decide that its not worth the effort.
People get too caught up in labels, in being part of this movement or that. Wanting to belong to something, to feel less alone in this miserable society. The irony of MGTOW is that we embrace that loneliness and in doing so have found other like-minded souls on websites such as this; but even if mgtow.com were to collapse tomorrow, I would guarantee you that none of our lifestyles or choices would change.

I might actually be a Sedrick? I was fully aware of the horrors of women but wanted to father a son before my c~~~ stopped working and did so. I still can’t understand if it was stupid, brave, arrogant, fantasist etc etc. I did the cost v benefit v risk thing and went for it.
I’m not a “proper” MGHOW but the funny thing is it is finding this website which has stopped me being such an angry bastard. No one in the real world talks about these issues, it should be taught to all boys in school. I intend to teach my boy starting now. I was just trying to focus on a perception out there, that apparently it is how bad things got (MRA view) that cause men to go MGTOW, and not the freedom gained from it. MRA view, I believe, is that if the playing field changes then men will go back into marriage. My belief is MGTOW, at its core, is more of life on your own terms than it is what the world offers. It is a case of having maximum freedom to do what you want and need to do, rather than that things got worse. Even if one supposedly found a NARWALT Unicorn, I don’t see someone who is a MGTOW giving that up at all.

Btw there’s two countries where you can marry and not get screwed. China is one and Philippines is the other. Chinese women are still deceptive however if you marry her she can’t take your s~~~ because the Chinese government changed the laws to favour men.
I don’t know bout about Philippines, you have to weed out the scammers and once you get that special woman from what I have they are pretty good. Still I am not interested because they women are still money hungry. Philippines women are less so they just want the guy to provide and help for the entire family. My experience in communicating is you have women who are so poor in the Philippines that any guy in the west for her will be marrying up, so she will display traditional view of the guy as a superior. I don’t see how it changes any dynamics here at all, regarding how things are. My view is that, whether it is for the extended family, or just themselves, it is still seeking a guy for his wallet. It may be better than the west, but the same structure seems to be there.

It’s not inconceivable. It’s a paradox. An unjust government will not fix the unjust laws upon which its authority is unsustainably supported. That government will violently (literally violently) resist any attempts to deny it it’s bread and butter. The only possible path to correction is to simply wait for that government to collapse in on itself. But without no government there can be no laws to fix.
I still want children, you can fault me for that.

Anonymous1Out of this I would have a question worth asking though: If the laws change, and the playing field was level, and women ended up showing more respect, and you didn’t get hell in relationships, and the chance of hell due to a breakup wasn’t there, would anyone who is a MGTOW now go and get married?
At this point, I am never getting married. And the reason is pretty simple: even if the laws changed, as you said, tomorrow, it would be already proven that:
a) Marriage laws can, and would be used to screw over men at any moment.
b) Women in general wouldn’t care if that happen, as long as it doesn’t hurt them.
c) Marriage is not necessary for 2 people to have a life together. If there is such thing as love, then why do you need a legal contract to reinforce it? You either are ready to compromise, or you are not. There is no need for a contract to rule your PERSONAL LIFE. If marriage is just business, then I would not want to live and dedicate my life with someone that sees me as “business only”.
All the other circumstances you mentioned would make me try to at least try to find someone to share my life with (notice, my life, not my resources), but as far as the marriage contract goes, I am done. Being a Mgtow or not.

Yes, my response was a little emotional as this is very personal for me and am a sensitive man. Or are we no longer allowed to be sensitive? Has my respective experience as a man to be denied here? Wasn’t this the one place where all men were accepted? There must have been a typo on the pamphlet.
I should have put it plainly; I want children, I can’t shake it off.
I’m not cypher; I understand the reality. I do not wish to go back and get married, I do not wish to to go support a woman.
As far as some of you commenting on the cost/benefits of being a father. I see a lot of you looking at children from a monetary perspective. While this is true, and I wouldn’t want to bring my child into a difficult situation, money doesn’t even a concern for me with this. Now, some may say I am just trying to continue a lineage, and I would also disagree with that.

Can you explain me why a man would want children? For selfish reasons you might say; but that’s just psychobabble and assumptions due to a lack of understanding. As far as biology goes, yes following our biology to do this; sure I agree; and personally becoming a father is something I would cherish highly.A lot of you have had children because it was “the thing” to do when you were in the Blue Pill world; you followed suit with the custom or fell under the pressure from your family. And listening to a lot of MGTOW, it seems you would have preferred to skip that all together and continue on as a bachelor. You simply shouldn’t have been a father in the first place; that’s it.
Understand here my scenario. I was raised by a single father for a long period in my life. I reunited with my mother later in life; and we’ve have an incredible relationship since then. Did my mother attempt to smear my father in my eyes somewhat, she did a little, but nothing excessive. My father made mistakes, my mother made mistakes. So, is my scenario so outrageous that it isn’t possible? I don’t believe so; so here my experience conflicts with the MGTOW narrative; and again, to each his own.
You know what, it simply is that there is no room for a man who truly wants to be a father to go to. There is nowhere to go; the only response you get from MGTOW is don’t do it you are going on the chopping block. And if you go in the traditional communities well they tell you to get married or go on and support a woman. I reject both. And so basically, the last bastion of support for men which is MGTOW even rejects me; way to go guys! I am thankful you all keep me in check and punch me across the face and tell me I am fantasizing here. I am sure however that I am not the only one who is relatively young who wishes to become a father and is aware of MGTOW.
I did mention the “potential” of women; maybe that was the wrong word to use.
And to the commentator who said that 70 years of feminism will not change the attitude of women; I agree, there is no denying that.
And to the other commentator who said that women for millenniums were kept in lock and chains; I agree, that was more conductive at having good behaviour; I agree with that.You all still seem to go and take the position that the laws will never change. But to return to my initial enquiry: In the youth of my life, I doubt these laws will change. I can see in 40-50 years; for some, that is too far off in the future; but that is just a tiny second in our species lifetime. So, it is highly possible we see these things come to pass; or maybe not. Will it go down with a fight, sure it will. If ever a disaster occurs country-wide, all these stupid laws will be placed in the trash bin of history; we’ll depending on how many men have internalized a red pill understanding and if these men end up in power. I look around me, listening to other men, and compared to just 10 years ago, their attitude towards women has changed, significantly. Most men are more cautious; these nasty cases of divorce happen so often and woman’s nature is coming out more prominently left and right.
For those who say these laws will never change have not read enough history and should know that the pendulum always swings back. Men also need to understand that what is occurring right now in MGTOW is the first time in the world’s history that we are collectively analyzing the behaviour of women and creating a systematic approach to it; and also that this knowledge is out of the open. This may not change the behaviour of women; but at least they will know that we know how it’s going down between us; or at least, at in increasing numbers.
It is a challenging time for both men and women when it comes to our place in society.
While you may all throw 10 spears at me, I will still send my 1 spear at you. And that 1 spear is the spear of doubt; for what we see in MGTOW is an absolute law being pushed. I am not against it, not at all! But, doubt, or, the ability or second guess, or the ability to remain sceptic is slowly being flushed out of MGTOW. That’s dangerous for any group. While my enemy has shown me countless times that he wants to injure me; I always keep an eye out over him, in an act of benevolence. Will a civilized man continue to be cussed out?
And, women as a sex for the first time in the entire history of our species are contained within a “Patriarchal” (and I hate to use this word) AND allowed to define their role within this system. This is a first. Will mistakes be made? Certainly. Do they have a collective body of knowledge over millenniums suited to their sex; no, they do not. They are swinging into the darkness. They are being promised the world; they are being led in all directions at once. That’s a lot of confusion.
Did we men get our system of government immediately? We certainly did not. Is it perfect? Not yet. Are we debating and trying to improve it? Yes we are.
And furthermore; has reason always been perfected? No, it’s been built upon over countless centuries as a torch to illuminate us out of our darkest times.Do all men possess reason? Isn’t reason something which must be cultivated by each and every individual?

To the individual MGTOWs; I have no problem with you. But to the MGTOW community as it is; where are is this leading us? Where is this going? You are turning some men away which you should not do. I have been doing Internet in touch with a woman in the Philipines for about a decade now, with no sign the distant gap is going to close (started out with me making contact with her as a camgirl years ago). I get the full traditional relationship vibe with here, right down to her wanting to have the family and so on. She keeps writing on her wall how great it would be to a mother. It is right there out in the open, including her wanting to bring her mother to the states. She is looking for the guy to earn the money and her to stay home, with her mother (I guess. Her father passed on within a year or so). It is very traditional, but I see no way how to even the heck do all that. She doesn’t really know how to cook either. Part of myself personally looking at MGTOW here, and siding more with it, is I look at what has given me, and she would be about the high point, and I have to think this is a joke. And I see one would have to bring her here, because I have no idea how going there is going to get a guy enough money to make a sufficient living at all, unless he is independently wealthy. And I am not that. There isn’t a sane way I can see that working, if you don’t bring a woman from there to the states at all.

Men are accepted here. We also correct them and educate them. We are doing our best to educate you, but your sensitivity special snowflake attitude is preventing you from understanding that. Humans have been around for 40-60k thousand years and for all the advancements and technology we have made, the best we can do is s~~~ on and treat the sex who made all the advancements, inventions, innovations and civilizations like s~~~ and punish them. It is not going away anytime soon.
