Happy Birthday Nerevar..hope you can find some light in your life in the face of the conditions you describe. I cant imagine what you are going through but I had chronic tinnitus and low level hyperacusis for a year and it was very hard to adjust to and even sleep. I still have it but its not nearly as bad now – i tried so many treatments im not fully sure what helped but I took and continue to take a high level antioxidants such as pine bark extract (pycenogol) and doses of herbal tinctures that are supposed to heal/help with damaged nerves – such has cayenne tincture, gingko biloba, lobelia, valerian, hops etc as well as clean diet (for me vegetarian works best) and detox – as well as hot / then ice cold water therapy to wake my system up if i hadnt slept and need to get out to work.

Last night I had too much wine, so I’m hungover now… it just went in like water and I’m paying the price for that now. Ah well. Did have some fun with Football Manager, a movie, some music and chats with friends last night. Yesterday afternoon my parents came over for coffee and a chat, they stayed for 1,5 hours before it was too draining for me to continue. Had an easy but good dinner and spent the day chillin’
