The whole “people gotta eat” argument is bulls~~~.

Money. The fiat BS used to purchase things, is not food.

If “people gotta eat” and there’s no work, you don’t hand out money. You hand out food.

Money is intended to be earned, by men primarily, and spent as the earner sees fit.
Money itself, should not be intended as a form of aid, otherwise, no one will be interested in actually earning the money, and it’s value is only worth what the government says it’s worth. Which is why we are where we are now, with useless, fiat money.

We already have a Universal Basic income in America… it’s called Welfare. There are roughly 35% of Americans on some kind of government assistance constituting 110 million people. (2012)

In reality Welfare exists to keep the very poor, unmotivated, sick and troubled people from rioting or causing strife. Imagine if all Welfare was eliminated for those who just don’t want to work? Mass panic in the streets.

Welfare is really a way to “pay off” undesirables from causing problems with the rest of society. They live in on the other side of town or go to the poor school. Every major city has a ghetto of some sort. You can’t destroy them or kick them out. You can’t lock them up. The only way you can deal with unmotivated messed up folks is to contain them.

With Universal Basic Income it would work the same way. The government would pay people not to riot. What you see though with welfare systems (take for example Indian Reservations) is high levels of drugs, alcohol abuse, sexual crimes and poverty. Idle hands are the devil’s workshop. Indians on those reservations drank themselves to an early grave because they had no purpose.

If a man has no purpose or goal he can’t truly enjoy the highs and lows of life. A steak will only taste supreme if you have it once in awhile. If you eat steak every day for a year it loses its allure. I’m not sure how you would entertain a population to do nothing with their lives but hang out all day.

And how does this welfare lead us? A huge drain on the economy and a bigger and bigger welfare class. Where a productive family can only afford 2 kids, the welfare family are producing 12 kids and the next generation of welfare will demand a bigger drain.
This is different then the Indians, this welfare class breed like rabbits unlike the Indians.
How will UBI be any different?

So the solution for the welfare crisis is to slap another name for welfare??

We can keep the welfare but the recipients of welfare have to be sterilized.
If you want to have a say in other people hard earn money that you put no effort in earning, other people should have a say in your breeding habits. We will still provide money to keep them rioting, but they don’t get to create more welfare class.

However this solution will never happen unless the current society collapse. Because the welfare class give politicians voting power. How would I dare implement a law that screw my own citizens for my benefit if I don’t have dumb welfare class backing me up. I need a voting class that think every solution can be solve with bigger government.

There is no magic in MGTOW, just recognition of the truth and logical decision how to avoid dangers. The red pill is but the truth, it is no magical potion. Do not think in this modern world men have no longer have natural enemies, men are prey to women and government.

I am not a Socialist by any stretch of the imagination. However, most if not all of us has, at times, needed help mostly financially. I am all for helping fellow citizens in their time of need. How I would like to see the help is in the form of financial assistance with the funds and and mandate to further your education. For instance if you are in an industry that is being taken over by automation then you get financial assistance for X period of time and getting a degree in some other career. Say you are a vehicle mechanic. Some how machinery makes it possible for one mechanic to do the work of 5. Now there are 4 mechanics without a job. But there are jobs that need to be filled in the area of pipe fitters. The ones who lost their jobs due to automation gets X amount of money for X amount of time and gets tuition for a career school in pipe fitting or do some other career choice. They, also, have to consult with a career specialist that has the latest info on what careers are availalble and can help determine what the person may be best suited for. This can happen no more than 2 or 3 times in a lifetime. There may be a career in programming these robots. Over a period of time the money is paid back to into the program and can be used by other people who have a run of bad luck. This can be continued endlessly and at little cost to the taxpayer.

IMO just giving out “free” money is just one step in the downfall of a Society or civilization. If I were to get enough free money to live comfortably why would I want to work? If this money were given to enough people there would be little enough to keep the economy going. People, for the most part, are lazy. There are exceptions of course. So, in my opinion, the only help we give people is only what is needed to get them back to work not to let them just lay around and siphon wealth off a society.

Both of you guys are correct, each in his own way. This is a huge problem with no easy solutions. I agree that if you are taking other people’s money to live on you should be prevented from breeding. You must take some form of birth control and if you still manage to have a child you don’t get more money for it. It just enrages me that these people are living better than I am and I have done backbreaking work all my life while these people have not worked a day in their’s.

Plus the fact that their bloc vote is required to keep certain people in power long enough for them to complete their program.

You can’t destroy them or kick them out. You can’t lock them up. The only way you can deal with unmotivated messed up folks is to contain them.

    For the time being.

Once Joe Sixpacks and Sally Soccermoms vote is no longer required, they will be exterminated.

This need not be a violent process – the rapid decline in fertility and its links to certain widely used chemicals may be more than coincidence.

I’m not sure how you would entertain a population to do nothing with their lives but hang out all day.

I forget which hurricane it was, but when New Orleans got hit hard, much of the population migrated over here in Houston, but temporary and permanent. FEMA had the idea that they would just give cards to these refugees and they would responsibly go get food and shelter for themselves and families. Instead, it was a good year in the strip club market. Then, these same people would continue to complain that the government didn’t do enough for them.

As far as automation taking away all the jobs, I don’t think that will happen, at least not any time soon. Every time, a job goes away, there is usually a market for other goods and services. We’ve often mentioned how the upkeep of a home has gotten easier and easier. The work required for cooking and cleaning is nothing compared to what it used to be. Yet, people responded by getting bigger homes and putting more stuff in to their homes.

I think income inequality is a bigger issue. However, I don’t think the answer is to take from the rich to give to the poor. I would much rather see the government looking into laws and regulations that enable the rich to gain wealth without providing any labor or useful capital.

    Ok. Then do it.

I can think of an easy solution: people on welfare don’t get to vote.
