I find that the best way to deal with depressed moods (I deal with these on a regular basis) is to always keep yourself challenged. I’m a pharmacist and I understand evidence based medicine pretty well, but I believe that antidepressants are rarely a good solution. I feel they have their place, but most people who take them don’t need them. Don’t ever give yourself time to think about how s~~~ty life is. I find that my moods are often the best right after I get out of the gym or if I just finished a day at work. Especially going to the gym, I actually leave with far more energy than when I came in. I never feel good about going to work or going to the gym, but I almost always feel better after leaving than if I stayed home all day. Maybe it’s a feeling of having accomplished something, or knowing that I am one small step closer to a greater goal. If you never challenge yourself in some way, life can get boring very quickly. So again, don’t give yourself time to think about how much it sucks. Yes, this world is a piece of s~~~, but it doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy life.

I appreciate what you’re saying but when I’m stuck at work for 9 hours day surrounded by c~~~~~~~~~s, is hard not to to want to punch someone. I have a sub ZERO tolerance for c~~~s and those seeking verbal or psychical conflict.

I get it alot. I have guys bigger than me show me hostility and attitude, and I laugh inside because I know exactly what it means. They feel intimidated by my mere presence. Insecure. A self assured man doesn’t go around acting like billy big bollocks or acting ‘well ard’. I had it in the gym yesterday when I popped in for a SHOWER only. This huge c~~~ with his macho mates couldn’t take his eyes off me soon as I came through the f~~~ing mens changing room doors, and just had to prove how small he dick wasn’t. Compensating and intimidated. A big c~~~ like him. No gay s~~~ involved. He stared at me and I finally met his line of sight and grinned. He didn’t know wtf to do with himself. Some of these macho douche f~~~s need to learn that less is more, and muscles don’t mean s~~~.

MGTOW is merely a tool to separate yourself from the herd. However, what MGTOW isn’t is a means to add fulfillment or meaning to your life. No philosophy or ideology can give you that. Only you can. Most of the sheep don’t feel it because their daily lives are spent filling said empty hole with mindless media driving s~~~ and the next consumer fad. Sorry DYD, but this is something you need to figure for yourself. Oh and society rewarding vermin, isn’t some new development. Been that way since they discovered fire and drew s~~~ on cave walls.

That may be part of the problem here. You cannot win every conflict in a head on fight. Sometimes you need to be less like a mighty oak and be more like the willow and bend with the wind. In any verbal or physical conflict unless there is immediate danger to your person and you are merely reacting to protect yourself, it’s best to avoid it altogether. After all, it is worth ruining your mental health over these women and people? Let them wallow in their s~~~.

Depends what the situation is. I ignore alot of scum, until its time to not be nice anymore. And to your previous post to this, I’m well aware of it and don’t need to figure anything out. Theres only so many times you can spend being the ‘better person’ and ignoring the scum before you just snap and have had enough.
