We can’t smoke here if we are prescribed pain meds and they p~~~ test us so I had to give it up. Herb did much more for my pain than the damn pain medicine for the record 🙂

I agree it should be legalized, seen too much evidence that it helps people with Parkinson’s, Huntington’s or other painful diseases.

But even if it didn’t, should still be legalized, it’s ridiculous that people go to prison with violent criminals because they smoked weed.

Society will find new and more inventive ways to incarcerate men. The most powerful entity in California state is the prison guard union.

They lobby for anti-pot laws.

Another downside for the gynocracy is that with less felons (almost all male) we have more men voting and more of a chance people like Trump will come in.

Legalizing pot is a win win for state government because now they get a windfall that doesn’t have to be shared with the federal government.
