One situation I can recall from my neighbor is a great example of this. Picture your ex arriving at your home uninvited…..leaves the car running in the road…..approaches you while you are working in the yard. She begins to shame and berate you for ever leaving her…..after repeated requests to leave from the neighbor she dials it up a notch and begins to cuss and threaten him with physical harm (by way of male friends of hers). He loudly tells her to leave his yard over and over but she won’t leave. He told her he would call the Police if she did not leave. She responded with more chaos but did not leave. He made the call and with the cops listening she kept on running her mouth while they sent a unit. Remember he did this on HIS property while another neighbor (ME) watched what was happening. We are always told not to engage the crazies and she wouldn’t leave so he figured this was his best option other than to run like a whipped pup. Cop shows up and he notices that her car is neatly blocking the driveway where said neighbor is waiting. Cop gets out but never gets to talk to the neighbor….she meets him in the middle of the sidewalk and begins crying and telling stories of how “mean” he is etc. After this goes on for 20 mins she gets in her car and leaves. Cop comes over to neighbor and asks him what happened. Neighbor gives the basic story but at the same time is stunned that the cop let her drive away before he even asked him what happened. Cop told him she said she had been threatened and that she was afraid . Neihgbor pointed out that why would she be afraid if SHE was the one parked out in the road blocking HIS car in HIS driveway so he could not escape. Cop agreed and said he didn’t buy her whole story. Neighbor said COP was polite but at the same time couldn’t believe that he let her drive away without even asking him what happened first. I saw most of the situation and could hear most of it. Found out the rest after the COP left. Have witnessed and heard stories like this a lot.
Once they turn on the tears and start spinning lies the Police can’t help you. The best you can hope for is that the Cops don’t arrest YOU! He hates getting the police involved but at times he can’t get her to leave ( Borderline kicks in?). They always try to spin it around like he has done something wrong. Even worse….she is more emboldened every time she gets away with it. Apparently she got used to dealing with cops since she was a kid….daddy was a cop too so she knows how to use them.
Like the man said. Only takes one phone call to ruin your life. Its not a rumor or an isolated tale…..it happens to someone every day in this country. For years you just never knew about it…..now with the internet its getting harder to hide the truth.
There’s just something about the psychological make-up of guys like this that guys like us just don’t understand.

Save what you can and cut your losses because there is nothing to gain.

I been in a similar situation. Crazy c~~~ blocked my driveway and then tried to stir up some s~~~.
She thought that she could lay an assault change as long as she didn’t step on my property. The cop wouldn’t even allow me to tell my side of the story. It was all preplanned and it almost worked.
Guys need to understand that the cop is going to prioritize covering their own ass over doing what’s right. A cop will never be faulted for arresting and jailing an innocent guy…

I get it, because I lived it. Think of the personality disordered, particularly BPDs. One of their common behaviors is “cutting”, I think most of us have heard of this as it seems to be getting more and more common.
Why do they cut? Why would anyone hurt themselves? Well – one core trait of a BPD is the desperate feeling of emptiness, of feeling “nothing”. For them, feeling pain allows them to feel – it is a bad feeling, but it is a feeling that they pursue to resolve their overwhelming emptiness.

You know… I think you hit the nail on the head. After forty years of eating s~~~ sandwiches, I finally decided I wasn’t eating anybodies s~~~ anymore. I had never equated toxic relationships with women’s “cutting behavior” before, but it makes perfect sense. I don’t think I have heard of many guys doing physical damage to themselves after getting out of school. It may happen, but I just haven’t seen it. The number of guys I see pursuing known toxic relationships is staggering, though. The sad part is, having been there myself, I know there is no saving them till they are ready to save themselves.

This is revenge “phase 2” you are talking about. Normally, after any man has gone through s~~~ like that, he needs to recover mentally and financially. But many brothers are broken from this and have a hard time to cope with the trauma. And to cope with the loss of illusions…
That is hard.
Even for me, a lifetime monk (with short-lived “trial phases”) it is hard to get that clear vision on what women are really like and that THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
There is no “you’ll find your special one and only NAWALT one day”, because they don’t exist.
Hard to purge the rest of your little dreams.

And that’s why c~~~s always avoided me. They knew that if they do bad things to me then they would get incalculable reactions as an answer. And I might plan it so perfectly that I don’t get a single day in cuffs… They knew “they are being watched and monitored closely” by a man that can’t sleep in peace when a woman is around…
And they also saw that I have money for “revenge phase 2″… And the skills to write letters with gapless argumentation that would blow up their lies, their gaslighting and their hamster wheel logic with scientific precision.
I have learned to combat arguments with women until they cry and run outside. I trigger them and then laugh about them being “triggered”…
Like throwing b~~~~ on a field of mouse traps… And watch them all snap and trigger a chain reaction…23 years of family guilt-shaming, mother’s continuous bitching and sister’s abuse and deep verbal insults have turned me into a warrior. Psychologists themselves say that borderline and narcissistic disorders can’t be cured…
Well – if they admit they have a problem (.001%), and agree to go to DBT (.001% of the .001%), and really work at it for years (none), then they can find a way to manage around their dis-ease.
This is why most shrinks won’t work with borderlines – they know they will suck the life out of them. And most won’t ever Dx one – insurance usually won’t cover it.
So even if a BPD presents to a shrink, and they get “treated”, they will get treated from something that is not the real problem.
I’ve lived this nightmare (and still do). There is no way to deal with these broken people other than running away. Fast and far. I tried for decades – nothing works, and it just gets worse.
Mood disorders (schitzo, depression) can be treated because they are chemical in nature. Personality disorders are truly “who” they are.
Run.
Fast.
Far.
my last girlfriend was definitely BPD and it was her who made me go MGTOW
the constant lies, the crazy stories (including a fake pregnancy to keep me involved), the gaslighting etc was such a mindf~~~ that I lived a year of my life under constant stress (these days I get a bit of anxiety and I attribute it to the lingering effects of that year of hell)
I agree with you completely – you have to just RUN as far away as possible. Don’t let your white knight tendencies think that you can “fix” them because you can’t – they are f~~~ed up and will f~~~ you up as a reward for trying to be with them

She doesn’t even have to make the call… It happened twice to me, the first time her friend called for a welfare check on her. I answered the door surprised to meet an officer.. The second time her mom called but she didn’t have our right address and the cops went next door. I went outside to see what they wanted and I thought they were looking for the neighbors who weren’t home. No they were looking for cupcake. I’m telling you, she doesn’t even need a phone if her hive senses something wrong they will call for her.
