I don't see my post right away

Updated 08.24, we have implemented a mechanism to automatically check for ( and publish ) any pending topics every 5 minutes. It is tested confirmed working, however in one case, the timestamp is setting it to GMT time (in the future) so any replies will appear before the topic.
