Anonymous1According to this Forbes article, Jeff Bezos is worth $136.2 billion. You would think that a woman would stay married to the richest man in the world, right?
Depends on the laws on the books. If the law says that she can be an independently wealthy billionaire by leaving him, then why wouldn’t she bail?
I’m sure many women would be standing in line to marry a smart, college-educated, well-groomed, mega-rich man like Jeff.
Sure. Just think of it: depending on the laws of the state in which you live, you can file for divorce some years later, and come away set for life and totally unbound by any commitment to him. Women have done TREMENDOUSLY for themselves in seeing to the crafting of self-serving legislation.
if the richest man in the world has problems with his marriage, how are we (the rest of us) supposed to compete with him when most women are hypergamous and not easily pleased? I mean, $136,200,000,000 should give me enough social value & gossip material for a woman to stay married to me for life.
Again, what is the value in staying with you when she can avail herself of the legal means to force you to fork over half of your embarrassment of riches?
The way I see it, we men should be motivated NOT to attain great wealth. Assuming we want to stay married (for whatever questionable reasons), supplying them with just enough resources to get by is one of the best tools in our arsenal. Provide them with more than that, and they start entertaining the idea (put into their heads by popular culture and their regular bitching sessions with their friends, some of whom have exes of their own that they’ve screwed over) of taking half our wealth.

That or make a s~~~ ton of money and never marry or live together, and get a vasectomy. Either way, whichever works best for you.
Then again, if you’re worth $130 BILLION today and only worth $65 BILLION tomorrow, does it really matter to you? Give her half and go the hell away. It’s still more money than he can ever spend.

It would matter to me a great deal, on principle.
I don’t take kindly to giving anyone, male or female, half of the wealth that I accumulated by what were primarily my own efforts. I can understand giving her some much smaller percentage of the wealth — with which she would still be set for life — but being forced to give her far more than she deserves just lends legitimacy to woman’s hyper-inflated self-importance, which is reflected in so much of our legislation.
It’s a cultural void of immorality that affects how OTHER women (and their mangina sycophants) think and behave, going forward.
Wouldn’t it be crazy if the stock market bubble burst because of a divorce? Literally just one person starting a selloff that wiped the NASDAQ off the map…
I was just looking into it a bit more…Bezos owns a little under 17% of Amazon shares. Weighted per market cap Amazon makes up about 10% of the Nasdaq. If Amazon lost 8.5% of its market cap tomorrow it would move the Nasdaq .85%. The Nasdaq moved .87% today and it wasn’t some major event…just another day in the markets.
McKenzie Bezos, a 48 year old “novelist”. Never heard of a dang thing she’s ever written. Not even on Amazon… She’s gonna take her cash and prizes and try to write the next Harry Potter…

What is not being talked about is if the divorce goes through with half the assets being split, the ex-wife will likely divest herself of Amazon stock, with the likely given reason being JB still runs Amazon (no one is going to trust their wealth with the person they just divorced).
We are talking hundreds of billions in stocks being sold at once. This could show a liquidity trap (not enough money to cover the stocks, usually for debts but also for selling stocks) for the tech stock bubble. If a liquidity trap is shown, that could create a massive sell off across the board for tech stocks, popping the entire tech bubble.
The whole censorship agenda by the tech companies go sideways at the companies try to stop the hemorrhaging of stock value.I doubt something like this is going to happen. There is too much money at play for either party to let something like this happen. The ex-wife can get the largest settlement in history easily. I’m thinking she’ll go for 10 billion or so, with an agreement that she can not cash out stocks all at once, a schedule will be establish. If there is a run on the stock they both lose. It doesn’t sound like she’s vindictive, but even if she was, I don’t think lawyers would push for something like that.
and yes, $10 billion is not 50%, but as pointed out, 50% would mean that she would have a significant role in the company. I’d be surprised if she wants that. $10 billion is enough to do whatever she wants. Even she wanted to start her own company, I can’t imagine she’d want to put anywhere near that much up of her own money to do it. This money will allow her to do virtually whatever she wants for as long as she’s alive.
Ok. Then do it.

She doesnt have to stay married to him, she gets half his stuff to move on to toyboys.
Women want everything, but want responsibility and accountability for nothing.

Considering it is tech companies pushing blue-pill policies, it would be poetic irony in that one feminist’s greed brought down the tech empire.
That asshat can live real well on half of a kazillion.
We just don't realize life's most significant events while they're happening. Back then, I thought, "Well, there'll be other days". I didn't realize that that was the only day. - "Moonlight" Graham
According to this Forbes article, Jeff Bezos is worth $136.2 billion. You would think that a woman would stay married to the richest man in the world, right?
Wrong! Why would any woman want to stay married to a guy that she could leave and make a gazillion dollars on the deal? This is one time I don’t blame the woman. She’d be an idiot to stay married…
I doubt something like this is going to happen. There is too much money at play for either party to let something like this happen.
It depends on how you look at the situation. If she is the first to sell, she will likely get a good deal at likely 10% less than stock value. For such an over-inflated stock, that is a good value to sell. It is when this sale starts a stampede of selling is when the stock crashes in value.
Now, under law the person running a specific company cannot do something to destroy the value of that company without opening themselves to lawsuits by stock holders of that company. That means JB cannot sell his stocks because that could destroy the value of the company. His soon to be ex-wife is under not such obligation.

I like it as a movie plot. She gets her shares, hits the dump button, it triggers some auto-trade mechanism, which triggers another and another. Then a failure when they try to stop the market midday. By the end of the day the NASDAQ is down 90% in value in one day. Suddenly the talents that make you rich are worthless and they are broke, kicked out of their homes and working for minimum wage. Now the ex is the richest person in the world and we can all watch as she f~~~s that up.
Of course in blue pill Hollywood, by the end of the movie the world would be a much better place and all the ladeez would be hoping for a financial meltdown so super-ex could save the day.

That is very possible.
You would be surprised how much of the “value” these companies hold is actually “debt”.
The oldest rule of the market is, sell high and buy low. The trick is knowing which is which.

Those that run hollywood cannot imagine a reality where they did not win and do not get their way. That is why they lost their minds which their “queen” lost to Donald Trump on election day 2016. Since then those that rule hollywood and other companies have reject reality for their self-made fantasies, with them going so far as to attack reality for being reality.
When you can print the money you get the honey. He’ll laugh his way through this bump in the road.
A possibility is Amazon stock will take a dump before the divorce, and go up again after the divorce is final.
“Shares of Amazon dipped slightly immediately following the announcement before paring those losses.” – from the article

Holy s~~~! Family Court judges love divesting alleged cheating husbands of their fortunes. Taking into account this and possible alimony, JB is going to be lucky if he does not end up homeless.

What worries me most about this if the divorce ends with the ex-wife getting everything, she will become the richest person on Earth. This court win by her will inspire hundreds of millions of gold-digging women to raise their sights even higher. These women will believe that if they marry the right guy, then she can become the richest person on Earth through divorce.

Amazon uses the Visa / Mastercard system to process payments. The individual who owns that processing system is far richer than Bezos will ever be. The ten richest people on Earth will never make it onto the top ten Richest people on Earth list. They make sure of that.
If you haven’t seen it, check out Ronald Bernard’s confession videos if you want to gain insight into the real rich, and exactly what activities they participate in.

Precisely.
Someome asked why any multi-billionaire should really care if his wife nabs half his s~~~, because he’ll still be set for life. Like I said, THIS S~~~ is why.
The effect of her taking a massive chunk of his wealth on the culture at large.
This woman is going to be a SUPERHERO to women everywhere.
