For me MGTOW was about be SHREDDING that “social” identity because it’s absolutely worthless. I had a massive social circle…. in fact, in 2011, I attended a funeral honoring someone’s life with a theatre FILLED with people and everyone there knew my name.

What an odd coincidence. I skipped my best friend’s funeral in 2012 or so. His funeral was in the main hall of a church, and was packed to the brim. He was also my business partner, in a company that was just starting to get off the ground.

His main gig was as a high school teacher. He had a number of problems. We met because I was volunteering to drive him places after he lost his license (DUI). He had been divorce raped, and his wife was in the middle of poisoning his children against him. My friend, who we’ll call Porthos, taught high school phys.ed., occasionally dated ex-students and seniors (always over 18 as far as I was aware), and had a massive alcohol problem, exacerbated by his c~~~ of an ex-wife who was busy destroying his relationship with his kids.

I couldn’t handle the massive bulls~~~ that was about to be peddled in my friend’s life, so I didn’t go. His two sons were *laughing* at the funeral, which I heard about afterwards. It was around this time that I realized that most of my friends weren’t actual friends, and that I could count on the people I knew for almost nothing. I started retreating and examining my life a little after that, when parental need led me back to my childhood home to attempt to look after my mom.

Exactly. At a base level, this website is just men getting together shooting the s~~~. Like we used to do around a campfire, while working on a car, or at the corner bar. And when you were a kid you got exposed to it by your dad.

What’s that young guys? What’s this “dad” I speak of? Oh, that’s the guy that sends your mom a check every month. In the “old days” he used to live in your (his) house and you used to have access to him and his wisdom every day. But mommy decided that you didn’t need his influence in your life. Have you ever felt like something was missing in your life? That’s dad.

And that’s what this website is. It’s the dad that mom extracted from your life.

The most accurate and frightening portrayal of everything wrong with the past three+ decades.

We’re done as a society, and possibly as a civilization. There is still the hope to build something new, but whatever we had is done now.

Posting this not for the TUNA/OP but for potential readers :

Im a bachelor and Im 28. Its that simple. If I find a very nice chick to be with I will not marry anyway. Nothing to do with this website, it’s just life.

Marriage is for the government, nothing to do with love or personal life, F~~~ marriage. Wedding is a waste of money as well as Divorce.

MGTOW or Bachelorhood is not a phase, its a lifesaving, economically beneficial, sane choice.
