The key is UNDERSTANDING.

The mental: Sex desire is natural, that’s a fact. It’s a built-in imperative (‘lust’) to ensure the survival of the genes. It’s for reproduction, nothing more.

‘Love’, ‘romance’, togetherness’. All nonsense.

The physical: Consider the process itself. Look at it cold. See it for what it is. Not attractive, really.

The sex-issue can be solved by finding a good prostitute or masturbation. At your age, the sexdrive should subside substantially over the years.

However the desire for an emotional bond and validation is a much harder nut to crack, it’s my biggest issue and I have
no idea how to solve it and am sceptical it is solvable.

It seems that men in general have an innate need for female validation and emotional closeness, in order to bond with them and secure a future for their children. I think that in the past, many men even had such bonds with multiple women. Men who have no deep relationships with anyone else and who are not highly Schizoid*, can get severely depressed from the lack of emotional intimacy.

Some say that getting a Labrador or Golden Retriever or a similarly emphatic dog helps, but I’m sure there is a difference. It’s even harder for high-IQ men to find a suitable female partner, since a too large IQ difference precludes a deeply satisfying mutual understanding.

I just don’t know. All we can do amongst MGTOW is acknowledge the problem and empathise. Those men with family members they can be close to are in an envious situation, for men like ourselves. Or men who’ve experienced, at some time in their lives, some form of affection.

*Not “Schizo”, “Schizotypical” or “Schizophrenic” but the Schizoid PD spectrum, the aversion to social contact and the inability to feel attachment.

Hello again everybody,

My mail-box has never been so full, with all of these responses!!! I would like to thank everybody for their advice on my position and my views on women. I didn’t think I’d get so many responses, let alone so quickly! You guys are really great. All of your responses have only confirmed what I now believe to be true about women.

Although you have all given me good responses, I would particularly like to thank IRuleMe, whose brutal honesty and cold hard truth-telling is what I need to know, and whose views only confirm what I hoped wouldn’t be true about women, but nevertheless are. No matter how ugly the truth may be, it is still the truth, so it is useless fighting it and it must be accepted. I only wish I could have been told all of this stuff 20 years ago, as a young man; it would have saved me a lot of un-neccessary heart-ache and brain-work.

Anyway, thank you all, so much. I’m interested in any more replies to my topic, because I like to get a broad view of things, before coming to my own conclusions.

I would suggest that you read older threads. Read as many as your time permits. Read the introductions of others and the stories in the ‘Blue Pill Hell’ and the ‘Marriage and Divorce’ sections.

Be safe, wear a rubber, have fun, give absolutely no s~~~s about her pleasure, just knock that first one out and get over that hurdle. You may end up saying, well, that was great and all but no biggie… And then you can stop obsessing about it and move on in whatever direction you decide to go in regards to women.

I was thinking about this myself; so that I can satisfy my sexual desire, so that I can finally know what sex feels like. I have probably built-up sex in my mind, to be something more romantic/wonderful than it really is. It just isn’t the way that I wanted my first sexual experience to be; but as IRuleMe said before, my old-fashioned ‘nice guy’ up-bringing has been a lie, in that such behaviour/thinking doesn’t attract a modern woman, so it hasn’t “got me any action”, as the Americans say.

As my Dad, who is 63 years old, recently said to me, “sex isn’t worth getting married for” and “you wouldn’t have children if you knew how much they cost”. My Dad is a wise man, after having gone through 40-odd years of marriage and a load of sh1t from my un-grateful/selfish/demanding/money-grabbing/lazy sister. But, my Mum keeps spouting the old-fashioned “women want a nice guy” stuff, because she is actually a lovely old-fashioned woman herself, and she still thinks that dating/marriage is like it was 40-odd years ago, when her and my Dad got together, eventhough I tell her that it isn’t. It just shows, never take advice about dating/women from women.
