At one of the many corporate s~~~ hole offices I have worked at they had an employee of the month and cheers for peers system.

Of course the blue pill bitches voted for their little bitch friends and employee of the month was always just the biggest ass kisser.

It seems to be a good idea to base it on # star ratings, but we can also do it based on time since joined – or both.

It’s NOT a good idea to make it available based on on member level because “Balaam”
and that member from yesterday (now deleted) were upgraded members but still started a bunch of s~~~.

Personally, I have successfully carved drama & stress out of my personal life, and I will do the same here. I would rather not engage with them at all, and REFUSE to just give them any attention.

Yesterday I saw a couple of really great threads & topics (not responded to yet) and wondered why an obvious troll generates 11 pages, and there are 4 replies to the really good stuff?

The member “Balaam” was not worth one minute of my time after the first f~~~ up and he didn’t get ONE SECOND after returning. Now he doesn’t even exist so I’m glad I didn’t waste my time on that puke.

I know it’s really, really fun to nuke a hamster, but someone who deliberately spits on other members must totally ignored and given the boot.

I believe this whole “Good Forum Karma” thing is just an extra set of eyes to Alert KM/Management when s~~~ starts getting out of hand via trolls and/or Tuna’s, and the admin are busy with other things, and can’t be expected to monitor everything 24/7.

It’s like some kids get to be “Hall Monitors” in school. That’s ALL it is. There really isn’t any need to make more of it then what it is.

If any member is a lil upset about it, and they haven’t met the criteria to get their hall monitor’s badge; Maybe admin. can give them mine to help keep the Peace.
