Maybe 5 Black dudes in the WHOLE WORLD that are going to say something NOT BLUE PILL?
I think this Video explains it from a Black perspective.
I have seen ZILCH on a legal perspective about this. I’m running from this since I’m having some issue to get the court docket number. All I got was this from ONE site.
So here is the thing. DOMESTIC VIOLENCE means you need to have an RELATIONSHIP with that person within 180 days. SHE CAN NOT FILE A DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ORDER… UNLESS.. SHE PUT DOWN CHOKING.
But notice that the docket and the case number are gone.. WEIRD.
What we are hearing now is more race bait. Like it or not, you become a public person, you have to change the game. EVERYTHING YOU DO? It will come back to haunt you. And for a LOT of black men, they forget that their language does not mean the same thing to all people.
Now here is the LEGAL snafu. THE DUDE IS MARRIED. Right? So, the problem is, they are going on her word that they had a relationship within the past 6 months. Well, HOW ELSE did he CHOKE HER?
In fact, take a look at it yourself. You can tell that the bottom portion was ADDED about choking after they clerk might have said that her complaint did not qualify under Domestic Violence laws on the books at the FEDERAL LEVEL. So, the state makes up their own.
Now the problem of why NO ONE has seen the warrant is that the WARRANT ITSELF? It is only good in Alabama. (Per say) And what she was hoping was that he would be arrested at his wedding. Boy, does that not sound like someone just trying to ruin your day?
Now look at what she is asking for. SUPERVISED VISITATION. Boy this seems like a PLAY BOOK MOVE! Why it is EXACTLY what I got.. And so many other men. Why? This is the power play. Thing is, HE STILL HAS TO GET SERVED.
As long as he does not get served, this goes away. Unless the state of Alabama’s laws do not require him to be served. But IF he turns himself in, just to be let out.. The PROCESS CAN BEGIN!
That’s why my Ex HATED the fact I was in California. And so did the DV office up here. So they had to use other means. See, this is nothing but a play to get him under HER WRATH. And this is the way they break up your life. So even if you think you have a HAPPY ever after? Think again.
Like it or not, most of this is just out of Jelly. She could not stop the wedding. So this was the best thing SHE could do to hurt him. CUz CHILD support was not enough.
And MEN are STUPID enough to keep having sex with her since last time, the rumor is that she was dating some NFL player.
Now the the NBA as it says here in the video they linked, has their own standards of DV case law for their own organization.
And notice just like the thread I posted, the things Trumps Campaign took out, they just made sure was PUT IN. Get it?
So for now as long as he stays out of Alabama, he is going to be fine. Like it or not, the fact she listed physical violence is going to be the problem for her if their is a challenge. But as you know, they don’t need to prove he did anything. ONLY AN ALLEGATION IS NEEDED. (As we all well know).
This move is simply to take away parenting time. We all know it.
Boy it sure would be great to have the entire Video and audio would it not? But he fell for the trap. Women are their to make you lose your mind and they can. It’s what they are best at doing. Manipulation of a mans feelings.
Now, he is going to be in the same hell as the rest of us. I sure hope he learns a few things But as we all know, most never do.
The real problem here is that he needs to get the word out. And Get a P.R. Person. But like it or not, they don’t want to hear anything about BLACK WOMEN acting this way.
In fact, they are so quick to point out his Upbringing. Folks. That is how this is all going to play out. There really is no winning here.
And like it or not, whatever the LAW says is only up to a judge. And that judge can do whatever the f~~~ they want. Even the DA can go where he or she wants it too.
In the end, the REAL victim? Is the the 7 year old.
Popp made a video about this posted here on this web site. And notice that whatever he did, it was only what HE could do at the FED level. The states can do damn well as they please. So many people don’t get that.
But what should alarm you the most? Even without any kind of intimate relationship being known? They are now using these orders on men who simply have CHILDREN with an Ex. The fact he got married is a bit of a good thing in happenstance.
The Problem is, what is the HIVE going to think? And Really, how is it going to damage his relationship with his new wife?In fact, this seems great for the new wife. If she chooses to she can use this to her advantage. If he f~~~s like an Investor, things will work out fine till the divorce. But that’s how all these things go.
The real problem here is that he is going to have to work harder just to stay on top. But the legal fee’s alone will drain that money he got this year for a contract. 3.5 million is not a lot of money folks. Not when it comes to lawyers. Ask Bill Cosby.
Thing is, you are going to see A LOT MORE OF THIS into 2020. If any of you “FOOTBALLERS” or anyone else are here, you should take note about what is going on.
Like it or not, stuff like this is what the MEDIA has been DYING FOR! And sadly, this is the trap he got into when he knocked up his high school sweetheart.

I hate to say this, but they way the Black Manosphere conducts itself sometimes? It sounds a lot like how respect matters in a jail. It’s f~~~ing stupid to me. But to other men, it’s all they got. I get that. But look at the bigger picture.
One day, I’m going to get into the dynamics of black culture from my perspective of the manosphere. Not that it matters. You see, the worst thing about Black Culture and why MEN never get a running chance has a lot more to do with other men profiting from their misery then meets the eye. And like it or not? There is so much money in MANipulation, this trend sadly even with all the facts and examples of BLACK MEN getting railroaded? It’s just going to continue.
