Remember how they were saying how Trumps own wife did not like him? How they Media said that and pointed out anything about her even having a expressionless face being source for the accusation?

This was even used at the Kavanagh trial. And lets not forget, THEY TRIED EVERYTHING to get this dude to look like he did not like women. Problem is, THEY GUY TRIED TO INCREASE FUNDING WAY MORE then was ever given to VAWA Victims. But when they had to DO WORK. That’s right. DO REAL POLICE WORK? Did they take on the challenge? NOPE!

With women being the majority of bread winners in the house and greater than 60% of college students being female there is no purpose to alimony any more. Women have more than proven they can support themselves.

Well, that’s whats already going on man. That is why they need these DV laws. Like it or not, the problem was actully WOMEN were making more then men. So the Alimony thing was moot. See, by the time they filed the DV order on their Husbank, got him arrested, SHE GOT THE KIDS DEFACTO. All his lawyer had to do was say: Dude is BROKE, NO JOB Homeless.

Well, that means MINIMUM child support. That also spelled out that SHE was the bigger earner. So the fear of her having the kids and getting everything with the very real possibility of Alimony for the man (Again, thank you FEMINISM!) was a very real threat to women. Women even came up with something new. MANIMONEY!

So the only way to make a buck for the state and the lawyers is to keep the Domestic violence aspect going. Like it or not, that gravy train is starting to run it’s course and has in many places like New York. You guys remember PALIMONY?

With the average age for a first marriage these days being around 30, why should either partner have to pay the other should the marriage end? The norm now is having 10+ years prior to marriage to work on education and your career…if you fail to do that prior to marriage it shouldn’t be your partners problem/responsibility post divorce.

I could see a place for alimony once upon a time if you were marrying an 18 year old virgin who never really had any meaningful time to work on education/career and she s~~~ another of your kids out every year or two for the next decade and dedicated her life to domestic duties and raising the children, just for her husband to give her the boot soon as the last kid was out of the house…but that isn’t how people function anymore.

I remember hiring 2 legal groups to put together an iron-clad prenup. Judge threw it out in less than one minute. Apparently cupcake was too emotionally upset over the adultery to work for five years. Don’t expect to see justice in a family court.
