Exactly right. Definitely not semi-auto, therefore not legal. If the gun doesn’t comply with gun control laws, obviously more of what didn’t work (gun control laws) won’t work – in fact, this proves they alone aren’t a guarantee. Hell, we have murder laws yet criminals break them every day, yet we don’t say “we need more murder laws”

Full-Auto is illegal unless you have a difficult to obtain license.

In other words, the rifle used was already illegal.
