On another forum, in response to this statistic:

an anti-MGTOW commenter said “kinda blows the blackpill MGTOW argument out of the water.” When someone asked him what about the other 75% his response was “still probably doing better than 95% of singles.” This commenter is an anti-MGTOW Canadian who is getting married to some rich doctor lady. Just wanted all of your opinions on this matter.

My opinion is why care? But I’ll dissect this a bit. My MGTOW road is not about sex, it is about my own freedom. This guy puts sex up on a pedestal as if it is some kind of nectar from the gods or something special. It is neither. He seems like the type of loser that has to define his own happiness, self validation/worth through another person(women) who gives him sex to confirm it in his mind. In reality he is a cuck. I think he was confusing PUA’s and MGTOW. Another misinformed hater, who blindly hates because a womenz told his mangina ass to do so.

I don’t believe any MSM statistics at this point, and I sure as hell don’t believe any numbers coming out of academia. People lie about sex to begin with, so . . . how are they correcting for that?

If a MSM article doesn’t link to the actual academic journal at this point, including statistical methodology, you know it’s absolute f~~~ing crap.

The other problem is that, since most journalists are absolutely dumber than paint, and lazier than a tree (whatever), I simply don’t believe that anyone quoting an academic article has either read it or has the education to interpret what the Hell they’ve read.

I think that most “singles” in partnered relationships tend to have sex more often than do married persons. Sex Stops When The Priest Says Go. I don’t know anyone married who hasn’t had a massive, massive decline in sex within a year or two after being married – often WAY before then.

I knew a fantastic salesman and negotiator who was a financial advisor. Reasonably honest guy. Close friend of mine. In his 50s. Long-term marriage. He stated to me that he had negotiated sex with his wife twice a week, and asked my opinion as to how he was doing. I told him as far as I could tell, he was the only married man in his 50s getting laid that often.

This is an absolutely moronic thing to say. No s~~~ married people have more sex than single people; because married people are with someone specifically for sex (and usually having children).

He shows a clear misunderstanding of the MGTOW movement; MGTOW acknowledges women’s c~~~ish behaviour for what it is and accepts that women have behavioural tendencies that take advantage of men. It has very little if nothing at all to do with sex.

This guy probably thinks its better to be married to a psycho bi-polar bitch that f~~~s really good than be single; he is a sex addict. He puts a huge amount of weight on sex when assessing his self-worth and thats why he thinks ‘having more sex’ is a reason to get married.

It’s not the sex that made me go MGTOW, its everything else.

The average marriage lasts less than five years. Much more than half of all marriages end in divorce. So it shouldn’t be surprising that 25% of currently married people, of any age, are probably still in the honeymoon years. The other 75% have gone past the homeymoon phase and now have the divorce sword of damocles hanging over their heads. Getting laid only two times a week for a few years with the same increasingly fat and plowed out harridan is not worth the risk of being raped in divorce court.

I don’t know a single man who has been married longer than three years / three children who is still getting laid. Or wants to with their hambeast wives who blew the f~~~ up between child #1 and #2. I do not envy their marriages, but they envy the f~~~ out of my freedom.

Here’s something that I know for sure.
1. Any married guy I know, of any age group, has to ask the wife if he can go out for a ride with me. Sweetie-pie almost always says no.

Multiply it by the divorce rate, like 50%?

So the other 50% is still married, and 25% of those are getting sex regularly. So you do 0.5*0.25 = 0.125 or 12.5%. If you include other statistics that deals with being married, then the % would go down further, where the single would not have to deal with 😀

You guys have to understand, it’s the same old saw about us not being good enough for women and that’s REALLY why we’re bitter. It’s the exact same argument you would hear from most women. It almost makes me wonder if his “rich fiancee” is telling him what to type on this forum.
