That has not been my experience. What you say could be true in how they get their job. Getting rid of them as toxic waster is another matter entirely.

Generally the really noxious c~~~s manage to get themselves isolated. Why they are tolerated and quarantined rather than eliminated is because she would then sue the employers for whatever form of discrimination she fancies.

I once worked with this troll that was a disabled, Jewish whimyn who would brag about how untouchable she was. Then she would proceed to make life for everyone around her hell, men and whimyn alike. The organization refused to promote her or move her to headquarters. So, she eventually left out of boredom…. But they daren’t fire her.

I have many other examples.

Great point there Boar, i didn’t consider that fact. Typical bulls~~~ isn’t it. They are such double standard c~~~s. They can be a c~~~ to whoever they please, but if she gets the boot or reprimanded for her actions it’s ‘abuse’, ‘sexism ‘discrimination’ etc etc etc.

I once had a female supervisor who is the most insufferable c~~~ imaginable–fat, late 30s and a “crazy cat lady” by her own admission. She wouldn’t let people take lunch breaks and repeatedly put people’s lives in danger on the job. Since I’m in the military nobody fired her–she had only ever gotten in trouble for failing to meet the lenient bodyfat standards on women, and for some reason all the higher ups continued to support her every step of the way because she lied to save herself–until I went behind her back and ratted her out for everything she had gotten away with over the years. Everyone else on the crew eventually followed suit. Today she is working at some meaningless shoreside job that’s about as complicated as being in a factory checking condoms for leaks. She’ll never go out to sea again (considered too mentally unstable and no one wants to work for her) and I’m about to embark on a post military career that will allow me to earn a lot of money for a major defense contractor.

Sometimes it’s hard keeping a smile off my face.

spot on man, and the c~~~ takes full advantage of that fact. Jokes on her anyway. Everyone f~~~ing hates her, the other temp dudes hated her, and it won’t be long before someone punches her in the face or rips her t~~~ off. No one respects a c~~~, male or female.
