I know it is difficult, but it is a job. You obviously need the money, but don’t give a f~~~… So don’t give a f~~~. What I mean is, the actions of the manager need to roll off you. Do your job, do it well, and go home knowing you did a fine job without worrying what the hell she says. I deal with this at work and just ignore the female managers s~~~. The male managers know what is up and tolerate her, but put no weight behind it…

But keep looking, maybe you can find something else soon.

Exactly !! Most of the females that I have worked for have been complete bitches while most men have at least been decent. Sometimes, I have had male managers that turned out to be c~~~s, but for the most part they have been alright.

I was working with this Vietnamese women last year. She is very intelligent, good at her job, and I didn’t have any problems working with her. She couldn’t stand the same miserable female manager that we both had to answer to, and she also preferred working for men. She thought that most women just couldn’t handle a management position. She’s not interested in one herself.
So, one of the very few women that I have worked with that would probably make a competent manager knows her own limitations. Unfortunately, this leaves the door open for incompetent women. ( I work for a government institution where minorities and women are pushed into leadership positions, but that’s whole other topic.)

I had female bosses in the past, you learn to ignore them after a while. All their decisions are emotion based, not logical. They are not even worth getting stressed over. UPDATE- Well well f~~~ing well, what a f~~~ing surprise. The bitch manager has called the agency to tell them what a useless wanker i am, that im slow and has obviously slagged me off and doesnt want me back.

To add insult to injury, the woman at the agency didnt even tell me the truth, just txt me last night with a bulls~~~ lie of no more work available at this stage. She must think I’m f~~~ing stupid and can’t read between the lines. Just called the recruitment agency now and it seems i put ‘Claire’ on the spot when i asked her if i had done something wrong at the job and what the actual truth was. She stuttered and said errrr alot then it came out.

Seriously, these women are f~~~ed in the head. Not only was i apparently a ‘terrible worker’ but they didnt even need me there i nthe first place, yet this c~~~ manager asked for more agency staff.

So the phone call conversations ends with the C~~~-sultant agency woman saying “we will pay you for the days that you’ve done, and errr…yeh…good luck with everything.”

And peopelk wonder why I hatwe these middle men (women) parasitic c~~~s.

I’ve a good f~~~ing mind to go down to the warehouse soon and tel lthat f~~~ing whore exactly what i think of her and start some s~~~. I’m beyond angry to be honest.

Cheers mate. It really is the last time i deal with a f~~~ing recruitment agency. They are worthless scum who all need to be lined up infront of a firing squad and blown to pieces.

It seems today in alot of workplaces you can’t just be left to do your god damn f~~~ing job without some nazi piece of s~~~ breathing down your neck and making trouble for you to make themselves feel better about themselves.

I know nothing about her. I’ve only worked there for 4 days and already she has c~~~ed me off with false allegations and horse s~~~ comments about my ‘work ethic’.

Maybe i would have actually got more done had she refrained from being a harassing, man hating wench every 5 mins.
