Another Worthless C~~~ Female Manager

Hey gents,

I finally scored some full time work, altho temporary, via a recruitment agency, even tho i promised myself i wouldn’t deal with any of those c~~~ sucking parasites again, but I am desperate for work.

So,they promise me there is ‘plenty of work’ for the rest of the year.( I’ll come back to this in a minute.)

My job is working in a warehouse, dragging wooden pallets full of boxes and s~~~ via a wheeley thing onto a metal platform then wrapping all of it up with the wrapping machine, then dragging the f~~~er and putting it i nits designated line depending on what number the sticker is. I also have to clean the toilets in the morning and the canteen after everyone has finished their break, which is a piece of p~~~.

Sounds straight forward right? And it f~~~ing well is. But the only manager there, this middle aged c~~~, makes everyones f~~~ing day there an utter misery. I work with a Columbian dude and a guy from Chile, who are both friends, and we all work via the same agency. We get on great and have good banter while we work.

This c~~~ manager berates and has a go at each of us from the moment we arrive until we leave. She never has a nice word to say and has whined and bitched about trivial pathetic things such as me not putting the toilet seats down in the female toilets when i clean them, despite her being the only female there. Like i have to do that s~~~ anyway. She also got me to walk all the way from the other end of the factory to the canteen to wash up two coffee cups. Seriously c~~~? You couldn’t have just done it yourself you miserable lazy ugly f~~~.

She also had the nerve to berate us in the staff meeting this morning (she holds one every morning before we start work to c~~~ us off and demean us) about how the company pays the agency we work for $30 an hour for each of us, yet we only get paid minimum wage which is $15. Why the f~~~ would any of us care that they pay $30 each an hour for us??? Maybe if the exploiting, get-rid-of-you when they want wankers paid us $30 an hour instead of using an agency maybe we would actually be more than happy to go the extra mile.

She had a go at me this morning about how i did a s~~~ job mopping the canteen, yet she doesn’t give me enough time for the f~~~ing floor to dry before staff break, so suck my f~~~ing dick c~~~.

I’m trying my best to keep my composure, because i really need the money. she caused me so much stress yesterday by micro managing (c~~~ing) me every 5 mins that my heart went into irregular rhythm and i had to take my heart pills. It p~~~ed me off so much i almost lost my s~~~ with her.

She was away for most of the day today, and guess what? ZERO problems or stress. Some male manager was here instead and he was how a manager should be. Told us what needed to be done and we got on with it, and he left us to it… no problem. We actually got more done! Imagine that gentlemen.

The female manager had a huge bust up with the guy from Chile on his first day, thats what he told me, because she was mocking his broken english and nothing he did was good enough.

I’ve been there 4 days and every day she deliberately acts like a c~~~ and puts everyone down. There is only 4 of us, the other guy is a Kiwi guy who is a nice bloke but i suspect he would white knight her if one of us other guys put her in her place.

So, our working days are made f~~~ing miserable because of this wretched perpetually moody c~~~ and its a case of ignore her, bite the bullet and just get on with the work.

Anyone else dealt with bitches like this at work? She is not fit for the job, nor should she even be there. You dont berate your entire team every day and create permanent animosity.

Some days im hoping the forklift guy will accidentally crush her to death.

Oops, forgot to mention about the ‘plenty of work’ promised to us. Well i get a txt not long after coming home today saying no work until further notice due to a shortage of work…

I hate female managers when being interviewed. I’ve been treated unfair by them all. It’s OK to hate a man if a woman, but if a man treats a female applicant the same way I get treated, I’d have the women movement breathing down my throat.

I have never had a warm welcome/interview by a c~~~. They try and act dominant and condescending. They think they are the bollocks and better than a man. The manly ones are the worse. They are also proud to be a fat short haired middled aged lump of s~~~ in charge of other people.

I used to work in a place run by a female. She was attracted to me and hinted many times that she wanted to get it on. I was not willing to take that risk at the work place. And she turned nasty and vengeful. I left the job as I knew my chances are slim if I complained about her.

Man, sounds like the female manager of the library I used to work at for half a year. Bitching on the men and having tea with the women. She and her c~~~s were talking gossip all day, other women at different desks were talking gossip all day and the men worked. Whenever a man made a slight mistake, she was on his ass berating him like the world would end! And not five minutes later she’d be laughing about it with her c~~~s in the office!

There were days where she wasn’t around and all men breathed a sigh of relief, because those were stressless days.

Did I mention that the men did all the “hard” work (it’s a library after all)?

Worked for a small company and a large company in the past and had to deal with two people like this both were NOT even part of the organization I worked for but were related to the man who owned the company.

First woman was in her 40’s married to the owner and would stop by and try to be the boss of everyone. Same things you described, putting down people or telling them how to do their job when she had no clue what she was talking about. We worked in a freezer and the entire staff was all male except for this bitch. She just kept talking for hours on end and would try to pick up the chads when the husband wasn’t looking. Of course one guy took the bait and got fired yet the husband still let her come around to talk s~~~ while we were working. Only peace we ever had was when we were in the freezer cold but quiet it was our haven.

Second time I was working for a major car rental company at their head office and I knew the owner well. He used to invite us to his place and he had a son that was VP of operations working for him as well. Unfortunately he also had a daughter that did not work for the company with a SMV of 9 and in her early 20’s come around the office all the time to scope out the new hires or to cause s~~~. Always complaining about her life like we were there as shrinks to listen to her problems when we had work to do. If we ignored her she would become a massive bitch and call her daddy or brother to come straighten us out when we did something she didn’t like. Since she was good looking every guy there was trying to stupidly hook up with her and a few did because I would hear them brag about their conquest.

A few months later they would no longer be working there once the s~~~ hit the fan and she no longer liked her new boy toy. Rinse and repeat I got out of there as fast as I could because I knew I was on her radar and she kept harassing me trying to get my attention so we could date. The writing was on the wall I jumped ship and found another job and never looked back.

Yep sounds like my summer job when I was in my last college. A production facility that was 90% female. Fat aging harpies in charge of men. My job was digging through factory trash and sorting it to see which was still of value. The job wasn’t bad, but the management was awful. My manager sat in her air conditioned office and looked from her window to observe her worker ants, rarely leaving her nest to do actual work.

I have discovered a truly remarkable list of reasons why women are not necessary for a happy life, but alas this margin is too small to contain it.

Funny you say that man, I have heard her bitching about the Colombian and chile guy to the kiwi guy (as i work in nz) and as soon as i walked passed she suddenly goes quiet. I heard some racist undertones and its no surprise shes a xenophobic whore. Because we’re not kiwi we are seen as outsiders and pieces of s~~~ who are just there to slave away and she’s allowed to attack us whenever she sees fit.

I’ve watched how she carries herself. She is a miserable wench. Constant scowl on her face, looks like a yeti with orang utang t~~~, and drives a forklift around thinking shes the s~~~ and really important. ‘Look at me I’m a woman doing a mans job, and im the manager, do as i say you f~~~ing bastards mwa-ha-ha-haaa”.

She’d sit on her fat ass in the office watching me like a f~~~ing hawk on the CCTV cameras, then radio me every 5 mins ordering me about, until i told her to go f~~~ herself. She came storming out of the office for the 600 billionth time and pulled me into the office for the 601 billionth time to unload on me, but this time i ripped her a new arsehole and went home, never to return.

This was the same c~~~ who put up printed notices in the staff room with spelling mistakes to the most basic words. She really was a thick c~~~.

I have seen this before. This toxic c~~~ is miserable because the company has quarantined her to a location where she cannot do a lot of damage. It happens all the time.

She becomes even more toxic and frustrated because she is quarantined and she see better opportunities going to others who merit them. So, she takes it out on the men. The company secretly hopes she will be so frustrated that she quits and then they do not have to go through all the hoops and effort it takes to fire such a special cupcake.

Hell yes. I’m gunna do something. She really reminds me of a teacher i once had a school. Its not nice to be made to feeel like you’re 15 again back at school being verbally abused by some ugly post wall hag teacher.
