Just about every state in the US has a presumed paternity statute. Basically, if your wife gets pregnant, it’s your child regardless! Period. End of story. DNA tests in such cases are utterly worthless. It is YOUR child. Now I ain’t saying that’s good, what I am saying is don’t get to thinking you have some kind of trump card you can play. These laws were put on the books a hundred years ago “in the best interest of the children”. Meaning, of course, that even then men were second class citizens. In most states this is still the law. Even if you have a vasectomy. Even if you’re as white as the driven snow and your wife’s new baby is blacker than night, YOU are the father.

Now while this doesn’t apply directly, I got a white hair from reading it.

Yeah Robnoxious, I have had some interesting times with CSA (Child Support Agency).

My Ex immediately told a lie that I was seeing one child only and not two.
At the lowest of my finances- cleaned out my inital years child support was $35K.

You may remember, about 2007 the formula changed, but my ex wanted more.
Both my kids were personally enrolled at a great primary school.
The Borderline Personality disorder Ex enrolled them at $10k year/child private school
against my consent.

Ex then asked CSA for a recalculation including going for half the school fees.

I WON!!! Even though it was nerve wracking having such a decision left to a case officer,
my evidence of enrollment trumped her allegations that “we planned to send the kids to the
private school” and IN THE ABSENCE OF NEGOTATION- tough titties. My ex gave my 8 y.o. (at the
time) the “casting vote”- probably the most f~~~ing psychological mistake you can make with
young child- asking them to make adult decisions.

I estimate this decision has saved me $80k. Nice. BTW the private school f~~~ed my son’s education
right up and kicked him out at year 10 level without a report, even though he has an IQ of 130.
But why would a court listen to a Father?

As an aside, one question on the application was “What do you think a fair
child support amount would be?” and the Ex answered 4x what the actual
calculated child support was.

At the moment, I am paying reasonable child support- but I have not put in personal tax
returns for a few years. F~~~ the federal Govt- I am not allowed to have a meaningful
relation with my kids- keep em guessing. Of course, I feed the chooks by wacking some
money in the ATO account now and again. But in terms of accounting- stuff it.

One strategy I have also adopted- I have paid an extra $100 a month into my CS account
by direct transfer. Thus I have built up a two month buffer in case I ever get investigated again.
I figure the CSA would laugh at a request to audit a father that had made every single
payment on time, and had $1k credit in the account- better off chasing the true deadbeats.

At the moment I am paying $6 k a year, but I am cutting back work so I could realistically end
up paying much less in CS- the Ex would have kittens, and my “buffer” would cover CS for more than a year.

Of course my ex did the whole parental alienation thing (rather well- she convinced my son to attempt to kill me by setting
my bed on fire), so I have no contact with my children despite them living half a block away…

You are spot on about the CS being a “absolute function” never going a mans way- always into the pockets of the undeserving.
I was told that you have only 2 weeks to query a payment before it can not be reversed.

The irony is, my kids are not kicking goals, but I am not allowed to parent them. I have seen a dozen or so court
appearances over time and it is all rigged.

Not so secretly hoping you would drop in, and f~~~ing excellent that you did. You submitted a couple of paragraphs a couple of weeks ago which we were anxious to start the the “dating” forum sections with… but a personal visit trumps it. Awesome you beat me to it. Enjoyed your other grenades of wisdom. You should be teaching MGTOW game.

That is high praise. Thank you. If my teachings save just one man from grief and aggravation it would be worth it. Working on a topic/rant for the dating section now.

I also have an entire volume of dating escapades that would turn hairs white. Back in 2008 I was a free man in a new city, and starting a business in another city was all-consuming. I just didn’t have the time to meet women any other way. Stupidly thought it would be cool to connect with a couple of chicks online, make a she-friend or three, and perhaps meet a girl among them I could call on a Friday night after work to hang with and catch a movie for some casual fun with no expectations. That was the mistake.

No matter how LOW you LOWER the floor of expectation for a woman, you can always count on her to fall BELOW it.

The way women present themselves online is a horror show. Exactly the same s~~~ all over the place. Endless demands…. “You musts”… and my personal favorite was “don’t email me unless….”. What the f~~~ are you doing looking for a guy online – who you expect should be interested in you(!) – saying “DONT email me”. Are you out of your f~~~ing mind? She’s on a dating site, paying $30 a month to meet a dude with his life in order and typing out paragraphs of s~~~ she HATES.

It was such a brilliant insight into the vapid female mind, that instead of having any interest in “dating” any single one of that s~~~, I started researching what the f~~~ is going on with the modern female. This somehow lead me to MGTOW online discussions where I fell back in my goddam chair when I discovered 19867253761547625431 other guys who had EXACTLY. THE. SAME. STORIES. TO. TELL.

Exactly. I was floored.

So I am grateful to you for your anecdotes, stories and good s~~~ which absolutely cemented my suspicions. These days the phone is ringing off the hook with Post-Wall™ chicks, divorced exes, and even girls I was in grade school with when Donna Summer was the Queen of disco. “Hey hows it going? Remember me? I’ll be in town next week!”

“GREAT!!!TELL ME WHEN YOU ARRIVE AND WHAT HOTEL YOU”RE STAYING IN!!! IF I’M IN TOWN WE’LL HAVE A COFFEE!!”
…. and then make myself scarce. The ones that didn’t message back heard me loud and clear.

Thanks for the warm welcome! See, this is the difference between men and women. I have been treated like crap by women all my life, but I sign up on a totally unknown male forum and total strangers welcome me in such a warm and kind way. I would have liked to respond individually to everyone who posted here, but unfortunately there is no option on these forums to quote previous comments.

I really HATE the fact that in spite of rapid rise in feminism and changes in gender roles, women STILL stick to the old, outdated 17th century tradition which says ‘men should ALWAYS make the first move’. And then they tell us men to deal with rejection. Its actually amusing when the gender who usually don’t even know what rejection is, talk about dealing with rejection. What effort do women have to put in to get a man? None, actually. They can just sit around, without raising a finger or batting an eyelid. But men are supposed to approach, strike up a conversation, ask for the first date, pay for the first date, lean forward for the first kiss, ask and pay for the second date, take the lead on sex, buy the first present, ask her to be their girlfriend, buy a ring and get down on one knee. I mean, WHAT THE HELL?

The worst part is, when a man is emotional or cries a bit, people tell him ‘Man up and stop being a woman’. But if women cry, they get all the sympathy and support. We men are supposed to be totally emotionless like robots, and even if we show the slightest bit of emotion, we are termed ‘weak’. Most women use their emotion and tears as ‘trump cards’ to manipulate men and get things done their way. Men can never do this, because the moment a man shows even the slightest bit of emotion or sheds a single tear, he is labeled ‘weak’. The best possible example of double standards, I must say.

I certainly would want to eliminate women from my life altogether (except for my mom and a few female relatives, whom I love a lot). Day be day my resolve is becoming stronger in this regard. I wonder if there’s ANY place in the world which is primarily occupied by men. I want to spend the rest of my life in some place where I wouldn’t even have to look at women on a daily basis. I have reached a point where even random women such as waitresses, female colleagues, or even someone walking down the street, annoy the crap out of me. And no, I won’t resort to any kind of violence because I wouldn’t want to end up in prison.
