Now I can’t have treatment without family member present to transport after surgery.
WTF? Even here in Hungary, with this not so perfect healthcare, there is a transport service for sick (but stabilized) patients. They wait for a few patients and then transport them between hospitals or something. Drivers capable of first aid too. (All car drivers, since one cannot get driving licence here without education on first aid.)
And, one can call a taxi, or take public transport, at any part of the world.
Forcing for a family member is just f~~~in bulls~~~. There are less and less “families” in the world, in that meaning. People divorce, die, and move thousand kilometers away for better jobs. Many are not good enough to get the attention of the other sex. Or decide not to. Or have been stabbed in the back by them in some meaning.
GO HUNGRY!… Wait. That does not sound right..
You are all alone. If you have been falsely accused of RAPE, DV, PLEASE let all men know about the people who did this. http://register-her.net/web/guest/home
Maybe with a s~~~ load of morphine.
I’d go one tick more volatile, with some Lou Reed as the soundtrack.
Lucky for me I had a full support system when I had eye surgery. Post-op appointment the next day, and I couldn’t see, much less drive.
Hmm – wife of 20+ years? Nope, now an ex, and would happily see me dead.
My loving daughters? Nope, separated, isolated and alienated by their borderline mother. Cognitive dissonance also landing them in the camp of “wish he was dead”.
But – the current (at the time) Rebound – almost 4 years in to supporting this single mom (I know….). Surely she would be able to drive me the 15 minutes to find out if I would be blind? “I’m not driving you – I have an important haircut to do and I’m not going to lose the money”
So there – surrounded by love, and all alone. Like Robin Williams said about being alone while surrounded by people.
MGTOW doesn’t keep you from having friends. And there are more and more like-minded out there.
Hope you heal quickly and completely. Looks like an opportunity for a bike upgrade. You deserve it.
Twist for the win
skip the cavernous vag and go your own way
Hey, I’m truly sorry that happened to you, but I’m really glad you’re alright. I hope the healing process is going alright. Best wishes man.
I was once a great king, I believe you were too. I hope you believe in me, I hope you believe in you.
If there is one goal for me, the DAV and the VA is going to be the GOTO for taking care of men in their old age.
I hope that its one of the best selling points for Serving your country. Good will promotes more good will.
I really hope they do take care of you it would suck if you had to do everything on your own while sick.

Well said Twist it made me a little sad to read what you wrote it really sucks when you are surrounded by the people you love and they never even cared to reciprocate those feelings or even had a care for your wellbeing.
As you wrote that the Robin Williams quote came to mind as well glad you pointed it out as well.

Hope you get better Heave-Ho Mgtow and I am sure if you ask around there might be services available to meet your needs in case this happens in the future.
