Read an article in our corporate magazine today about a new program designed to fight the gender “wage gap”. The new “30 Under 30” program, allowing women to go out on paid maternity leave and leave their job for 10-20 years (presumably to raise their kids) to come back WITH a pay raise to combat their lack of earnings. The article displayed a handful of women ranging from their mid 20’s to late 30’s who returned in their senior and managerial roles after not working for up to 20 years. The one that stood out to me the most was a woman who was a musical theory major that became the “up-and-coming” lead manager for supply chain management. Not economics, not business administration, or business, or math, f~~~ing musical theory. She left for over 10 years, what skills she had would be obsolete, and yet she’s coming back, with a raise no less.

Policies like these are just a black hole for money with no gains or returns. How can a major corporation just throw this much money away? They are killing themselves.

The accumulated filth of all their sex and murder will foam up about their waists and all the whores and politicians will look up and shout "Save us!"... and I'll whisper "no."

Something like that will take a business out. Going to guess not a single stock holder knows about this new policy. That would go over like a ton of bricks.
As a worker I would be looking for the exit.

Wasn’t the data leak that compromised Equifax caused by a music major in an IT role?

Yep, found it. Susan Mauldin, Masters in fine arts. Caused the breach allowing 143 million individuals records to be exposed, by leaving the default username and password in place.

I wonder how she got the job in the first place? Because it certainly sounded like a feminism equal opportunity hire to me.

Guess who was in charge of the Office of Personnel Management during a massive 2015 data breach that compromised 21 million Americans sensitive information. This effected military personnel, government employees, government contractors anyone who has ever had a background check.

No. The ones in government affect all of us, and if its your personal data as part of the screw up you can be directly harmed.

Women want everything, but want responsibility and accountability for nothing.

Well think about it that way, if it pays out for a company not to have women on their premises, that much they even pay them to stay away, then how good at their job these women can be? When the company goes bankrupt and you’re good at what you do, you will find a job much easier than the person (who probably even knows?) who isn’t.

The former senior vice president of asskissing incorporated with a major degree in gender-fluid expressive dancing, is useless. She will never ever be able to accomplish anything outside of a quota regulated organization.

You know it, I know it and she knows damn well, too.

It is about time to see women not as the privileged by gynocentrism, but rather the dumb and unqualified creatures they are.
You wouldn’t call a cat privileged just because there are animal cruelty laws and animal shelters. Neither does this give any reason to hate cats. Same goes for women, lifeforms of lower intellect and productivity that exist at the same time.
No hate, no fight, no jealousy, no care.

What insane company would place someone in a managerial role, who has not “been there and done that” in previous DECADES! They leave, come back, and everything changed already, everything is different, new people, new tools, new laws, new methods of work, and so on…

If a man who built up a successful business is dumb enough to let this happen to his company he deserves everything he gets when the time comes to file for bankruptcy.

But looking at the dynamics of this type of policy that is starting to creep into the corporate sector this is planned and coordinated in my opinion. No sane man who has built up a company would let this happen within his company unless there was a safety net for him. No, bigger players like Soros and the Buffets of the world are pulling the strings for this type of corporate change.

Soon you will see this creep into government positions as well this is the continuation of men being pushed out the door of management and into more mundane roles. It won’t work because men are the ones that build up the companies and if enough women take over we all know how that will turn out when men get fed up and walk away leaving them to burn everything to the ground.

This kind of policy will crash an economy within 5-10 years… Unsustainable.

I wonder how much chinese money is behind this? Something doesn’t smell right. If this happens, then many companies are going to just offshore the board. Furthermore, what defines a woman? By law its anyone who identifies as a woman. So problem solved.

Also, this would be a great time for smaller companies to take over larger ones.

What really should be alarming is the Pandora’s box effect. If the government starts telling companies who you can and can not hire or must have in your company (some of that is going on now ) than it seems that it will be easier to install moles in the position, and increase corporate espionage.

This seems more like a tactic to destroy or weaken Western companies then E.O. policy.

    But something seems fishy.

I see it being a problem for larger companies. But not so much for the little guy. It may even be a boom from the small time business owner for growth.

The company I work for has told me on more than one occasion that they’re trying to attract female talent. Our development department has about 90% male representation. On the flip side, are testing and quality assurance departments are about 85% female.

3 years ago, we hired around 10 female developers. None of them are still with the company. One of them tried to take me out with a sexual harassment complaint.

We currently have 6 female developers. As far as I’m aware, exactly 2 of them are worth their weight. Of those 2, 1 works part time 3 days a week, has 3 kids, and is effectively a stay-at-home mom.

I would tell you, if I wasn’t paranoid of infiltrators. But apparently the company I work for 🙁

What’s worse, they keep the guys like me in the less important roles because we still keep the wheels turning. We even wind up doing the managers’ work for them because they don’t know what to do, so they ask us ALL the time.

I wont argue that this s~~~ isn’t sustainable and is bound to collapse and I will be better off having the skills I learned. However, it’s still a s~~~ty situation that will overhaul my life. It doesn’t look good to be associated with a f~~~ up, especially now days with the overabundant amount of labor out there.

It is about time to see women not as the privileged by gynocentrism, but rather the dumb and unqualified creatures they are.

come again? Not privileged by gynocentrism? People are hiring these women almost exclusively in STEM. They are also promoting them far and beyond and they keep guys like me “working in the trenches” even though I’m keeping things going literally because vagina. I’m sure everyone else here would tell you just how privileged women are in the court system, where they can get away with fraud, treason, and even murder. You sound like a thot to me right now.

No hate, no fight, no jealousy, no care.
I don’t mind to pet a stray dog occasionally, that doesn’t mean I put it on a pedestal or accept it as my equal. That only means I can be nice to dogs, even if I don’t have to.

If the vast majority of women did not agree with feminism and its ill-gotten gains, none of what we see today would have happened. They were so immoral collectively, that they pressed for rights that they did not earn, dismantled the family unit, and continue to prey on the good intentions of society by bleeding the country dry with a welfare state. And what has any of them done as of late? Joined the MRA? TALKED about how they are not all like that, because one of them anecdotally is not like that? What changes or challenges to the gynocentric laws have they even accomplished? Talk is cheap. I will never forget that. I can’t forget that. Don’t ask me to.

We already have an up-and-coming female CEO lined up to replace the man who’s retiring. Oddly enough, they are already trying to pin the last contract fiasco on the guy; even though the blame lies mostly with the customer on this one. I’d go into more detail but I don’t want to get “sniped” by some infiltrator thot.
