They are offended if you are silent. They are offended if you speak.

Don’t be concerned with what offends ladies (everything offends them). Look for ways to ignore them and to distance yourself from them.

WOW true story: In high school I had a thing for a girl–so on Valentines day I put a box of chocolates in her locker with a card.

I saw something today that was magic. I saw a young woman in her 20’s trying to pull a manhole cover.

3 guys shooting the breeze by the truck on the other side apart of the same work team.

What made me smile, is this woman was trying to pull up the cover with a tool that was to big to to fit in the hole to pull it up.

So she just kept trying to make it work due to I BET seeing someone else use the same tool at one time.

None of the men helped her. I am certain it was HER job work order to do. The best part was watching these men laugh and chuckle since they got their work orders done, and just sitting there waiting for her.

For years men were told that this hard work was low work, and had no real class or status.

Now I look, and I see all these men proud. Even working at a garbage dump.

And you can tell, she was hating this. And was wanting help, and even making the moves thinking that someone would stop by and lend her a hand.
