Yes you had some issues – who hasn’t? We learn from our mistakes. You were / are lucky. Just a pinprick compared to the horror stories you will see posted here. It takes time to get rid of the blue pill. With determination you can do it.

Many thanks to everyone for the welcome and encouragement. I’ll need to take TheManipulatedMan’s advice and create an intro for MYSELF. I focused on my ex so much in this thread because I felt it important to emphasize the path and pain that led me to this community. Thank you all for showing me that I am not to blame for the agony I’ve been through.

I've had to learn lessons the hard way more times than I should. I've been very fortunate to find MGTOW when I did. Swallowing the Red Pill saved my future.
