I’m glad I have my 2 sons. I wanted kids, boys in particular, to keep the family name going and to keep my DNA alive.

Only if THEY decide to have kids to keep your DNA going, you should not make a decision based on an assumption that it would be carried through by another human. Humans live their own lives which means they may not want any kids the way society is headed. If that choice is made, they pretty much ended a bloodline to which you sacrificed decades of your life to preserve.

Never lose sight of what brought you here.

It doesn’t matter if a man wants kids or not, because men can’t have kids. They’re HER kids.
All men ever get is the bill.

This story did a better job explaining why you don’t want a stay at home wife more than did it about kids. They are annoying, over entitled, and bored with their life. That is why they feel the need to talk about their family 24/7.

Kids are annoying, and I don’t want to deal with it. Although, it would be kind of cool to have a mini clone of myself to carry on my name. But there’s that whole 18 year financial slavery. Haven’t figured out a way around that yet.

Both women were “Stay at home mommies”

    Overpaid babysitters, you mean?

It is a common failing of childhood to think that if one makes a hero out of a demon the demon will be satisfied.
