Exactly. There is a safety net designed for people with legitimate issues, like degenerative or chronic health conditions which I don’t think many people are opposed to as none of those people are in an enviable position in life, and then there is the current system of paying the stupid and lazy to be stupid and lazy and somehow leaving them feeling entitled to more because their negative tax rate means they are being taxed too much.

The guy also has a victim mentality as well whining about his tickets. If he obeyed the traffic laws and maybe spent his money on paying his ticket instead of buying a tv he wouldn’t have any problems. I don’t know wtf he did but 3k in tickets? Last ticket I got about 12 years ago was like 90 bucks or something…how the f~~~ would you run up late fines on a ticket to 3000 dollars? If you bother to go to court here and plead not guilty to it and come up with a decent sob story the judge almost always drops the fine. I’ve even had friends that plead not guilty to tickets that got letters back saying never mind the fine is dropped don’t even come in to court simply because its not worth the courts wasting time on such a small amount of money for trivial offenses like driving 32 in a 25. Considering the guy is working part time I don’t see why he couldn’t be bothered to plead not guilty which almost always gets you out of the ticket unless you show up to court and act like an asshole and p~~~ the judge off. This guy must have had many unpaid tickets, or something a lot worse than a basic speeding or running a stop sign type ticket to run up 3k in fines.

The people who p~~~ me off are those that think they should be living the tradcon dream life with a wife, kids, house with a white picket fence, etc. while working at McDonald’s. This is doubly so for those that live in an area with a high cost of living. You aren’t going to get a high rise condo in Manhattan while working at the corner pizza shop. F~~~ing deal with it already.

It boils down to unambitious people being consumed by envy because they can’t have what people who work 100 times harder can. Stupid, lazy people need an excuse as to why they haven’t achieved what they want in life. Easier to blame rich people than look in the mirror.
