I would agree that mob mentality is stupid and there are sufficient idiots to support the govt backed MSM for now and spy on everyone. As the number usually diminishes there will be more extreme acts to balance the loss of control.

The really free small networks can be shut down and their owners / presenters made to ‘confess’ or else disappear. There will be a few granted here and there but they can stop the ones causing trouble.

In the case most people are not given the truth and do not believe the lies – what can they do? Nothing much as a real resistance. You need leaders and an underground system for that. Trouble is like the Gestapo and the NKVD most of these guys are locked up or worse.

The liberals are in full panic mode. The election of Trump has shown them that American’s are fed up with the liberal bias of the mainstream media so they want to act like they are doing something about it. Unfortunately they are too stupid to realize they just handed this tool to Trump…someone who the liberal media has been attacking to years lol.

I have a liberal friend (not sure why) and we were talking about the guys in Oregon last year that took over the government building. I was talking about the ranchers that went to jail and how the government was just trying to get their land. He commented that the people were tried in court and found guilty. End of story. My comment back: “Then I guess the next time a black kid is shot by a cop in Ferguson Missouri and the court comes back and says that the cop was right in shooting him, your response will be that the court found nothing. End of story.” He finally had to admit that I had a point. I know it really f~~~ing hurt his ego too to have to admit that he was a hypocrite.

I can see some very shady s~~~ going on with this. Sounds like it could be used as our own domestic propaganda program. Although, truth be told, it can’t be much worse than what we already have. You have each news station, corporation with their own agendas and they blast propaganda at you 24/7. It’s all bulls~~~, so now at least we’re being honest. I mean, anyone with a brainstem knew the media was bought years and years ago. Now at least they’re not beating around the bush.

I mean for f~~~ sakes, the media either distorts, takes out of context, or flat out LIES to people on a daily basis. Anyone that wants a modicum of truth shouldn’t look to the media, so watching media get busted down wouldn’t bother me a bit.

My friend – it just has become very much worse. Now they can lock any US Citizen up for just about anything you may say – your First Amendment rights notwithstanding.

I travel from time to time to this island state of Singapore. Over there you cannot open your mouth against the government. They just lock you up. This may be happening in the near future in the USA.

Anyone with a gun or other similar weapon in Singapore is given an automatic jail sentence in prison. Using a gun unlawfully is a mandatory life sentence in prison or possible death sentence.

I quote from the Singapore Law website.

“Singapore has one of the toughest gun control laws in the world. According to the Arms Offences Act 1973, unlawful possession or carrying of firearms is punishable with imprisonment of not less than 5 years (with a maximum of 20 years) and caning.

Using or attempting to use arms when committing a scheduled offense is punishable with death. The death penalty may also apply to the offender’s accomplices present at the scene of the offense.
