A description of MGTOW as I SEE it.

    MGTOW is NOT a movement.

    MGTOW is NOT a Club.

MGTOW is merely the ACCEPTANCE of the TRUTH.

There are no registration cards, dues to pay, membership id cards, social gatherings, summer picnics, holiday parties etc.

The TRUTH does NOT NEED any of these ‘things” to prosper and grow.

MANY Men globally have ACCEPTED, and will continue to ACCEPT the TRUTH, without MGTOW labels, or ANY other labels.

The MGTOW Label is merely a Symbol of the TRUTH.

What is YOUR Description/Definition of MGTOW ?

It’s a way of life, a mindset. A pass to freedom. It is what it is named. “Men Going Their Own Way”. I see it as a modern MLK mindset for all men. Passive.

I am not rebelling, not revolting. I am not MRA.

These forums have lost touch with what MGTOW is all about. There is too much discussion about what’s in the news, politics, religion, social issues, feminism, etc. Who cares about any of that?

Why can’t we focus on philosophy and things that actually matter to us? 90% of the junk I read here is useless.

MGTOW is whatever the man himself defines it as.

    I see it paradoxically.

While we are each making the conscious decision to go our own way. Each being unique.

The very decision to do so is what binds is so makes as a collective.

    Hence a paradox.

I do what I want, when I want, and how I want to do it without having to ask permission to do so.

That doesn’t work on these forums. People will argue with you and ridicule you for being yourself.

In many instances I would call it deprogramming.

It is when one red pill guy sees something and points out the TRUTH to others, that might not have seen it. We all learn, because the blue pill stuff is insidious and is all around us.

But in other instances you are right, it is personal preferences unrelated to MGTOW. Nothing wrong with it…

MGTOW is the action taken when a man realizes the true nature of women, that the whole game is rigged against him and he decides not to participate anymore.

We all are products of our individual lives experience. All unique in the macro. It is the elements of the micro that bind us. I have been through the hell of gynocentrism all my life and never could understand or accept what it really was. Each of us posts what we think is important to us. I see it as cathartic. Some are further along this road than others and they express different things at different times for different reasons.
For me it is finding and reclaiming my lost sovereignty. Loving me for me. Defining myself in what I believe to be true. If we seem like a movement, it’s only because the one great commonality that we have is our experiences with females. We’ve all been told the same lies, learned the same programming, suffered the same fate. So, yes. It does look like we are a movement. But we’re not. We are all men on individual paths who happen to run on the same stretch of freeway for a while.

    Consciousness.

How can a woman be expected to be happy with a man who insists on treating her as if she were a perfectly normal human being.

I agree: Doing what I want, when I want, how I want without regard for any of the “responsibility for others”, (particularly women)dogma that is imposed by an increasingly imperialistic narrative dripping with feminine doctrine. MGTOW is about ME, being ME, doing and caring for and being solely responsible for ME and only ME. Not a philosophy of selfishness but of SELF. MGTOW, to me, is about casting off the shackles of societally imposed obligation to, or for, anyone but ME. Finding my masculine self again. And in the doing of that, in the “Cleaning up of my own house”, so to speak, I can then be free to help other Men to do the same for themselves. Wherever and whenever they may present themselves. I cannot hope to do that, however, until my own s~~~ is fixed….#MANOUT!

These forums have lost touch with what MGTOW is all about.

The conversation has drifted from what it was in the beginning.

Drifted from philosophies to opinions. The early days there was useful and encouraging words all over the place.

    It was inevitable……..

    Just rolling down the road

To me MGTOW is exactly what it stands for.
You say “Thanks, but no thanks” or you can say “Your $2 pussy isn’t worth risking half my s~~~.” All depends on the mood you’re in at that time. Through my years of observation it was apparent that life just gets hectic when a woman and kid(s) are in the picture. I like my Peaceful, Independent, Single, Free lifestyle. And no pussy in the world is worth giving that up.

I am a married man and consider myself MGTOW. I would never advocate any young man enter any type of relationship. I try to spread the MGTOW gospel as much as possible. I live a very minimalist lifestyle. I do what I want, when I want. I am very focused on myself and my well-being. I look out for my brothers-in-arms. Most of all, I believe in the TRUTH.

I’m in the same boat. I’m here to discover just what MGTOW means in my life. In my introduction thread, DocJ told me that I needed to regain my sovereignty (thanks you, by the way). By interacting here I’m allowed a place to discover what this means… with others who have found it for themselves.
