About their “microaggession” or just s~~~ty and arrogant behavior that is one of my main problems with the Millennials.
I was an employer and business owner. And should I return then I will think about anything but a service occupation. Working for these people sucked very badly.
But the industry says the same: They are unemployable and have no work ethic. But on the other side, when they are customers, they burn out your workforce and/or yourself if you work “at the front” with “end-customer-contact”.
I see the this generation was raised in a state of “unknowing incompetence” meaning “they don’t know what they don’t know”.
They know how to change the battery of a smartphone and think that they are fully educated and experienced micro-electronic engineers.
And then none of them can even use a soldering iron or use a basic multimeter…
I had this so many times: The “the smart son” would try to devalue my work and knowledge in front of his parents and in return I would drive the conversation in a direction of explaining “how satellite reception works on molecular level”, just to politely shake the guy off, and go back to work.
Millennial offspring hated it when they wanted to do something for their parents and couldn’t do it. The self-consciousness was bigger then their knowledge. And so they had to show their parents “that the professional is not as smart as they are”. Very unnerving, but they took on “the wrong person”, so I had to tell them things that left them with an open mouth.
None of these people ever go into depth about something they have to do. That is why they fail so badly. I always wondered how could it be that there is so much information out there and they don’t use it.
But then I fall back to my own upbringing: Knowledge and the pursuit of professionalism was the sure fire way of not getting laid by any female. Females preferred stupid, incapable and helpless men that were “like girls”. And mothers also raised their sons to be “popular” (like girls) and not to be “knowing” or “smart”.(like “toxic” boys).
Men and boys with extraordinary capabilities and special knowledge were socially banned instead of being admired. We technically interested boys were called “single minded technocrat idiots” and treated and categorized as “people without any feelings”.
Just because I cared about the performance of my cassette deck, girls called me a “technocrat and wimp”.
A whole generation was raised to be “like women”. Emotional and “feminist men” that have no b~~~~ and think like hamsters. That was the social ideal sold by our feminist teachers during my youth.
Everything with toxic masculinity was removed from the world: Motorcycles, stereo systems, Workshops, model railways, musical instruments…
Owning something creative would make you single by force. Who told women to dislike anything a man does? Of course, the hamster mind of female teachers that put a boy down in front of the class for having repaired his first radio. Calling it “Breadless art” was their audacity.
And I always flashed the cash I made with my “Breadless art” and demonstratively took it to a record shop. Saying “Not for any stupid girlfriend”. I became arrogant like hell, just to stop their mobbing.
In this f~~~ed up educational system, men were stripped off from their technical curiosity and turned into “women” that need to call someone to hang a picture on the wall. And of course: These men are not the “star-riders” of today’s demanding high tech jobs.
A generation on unemployable losers was raised. Knowledge was no-go, it would lead into social isolation because everybody had to have the same “gender-mainstreamed-character”
One more way in which feminism ruined our society. All the way.
I always got into trouble with the hamsters because I always said: “All of the world is made with technology. Not studying something that makes you compatible with “the world to come” will turn you into a stone age welfare dependent loser”
And believe me, I had fights with women, that were too stupid to change batteries in their flashlight.
And I swore: “If I ever make money with my “illegally acquired” skills, then I will never give a woman anything from it”.
So one more “good man” that hated the plantation before it could even trap him.
Women are morons.
And they f~~~ed up the education of whole generations by turning boys into incapable wimps.
And girls into entitled incapable princesses.
We need to “defeminize” all schools “right now”.
Please, Mr. Trump, take action.
