We should resist the programming. We should make sure nobody tries to tax carbon emissions – it’s a scam.
We should also try to stop geoengineering

Bingo. C02, we exhale it, plants inhale it. How do we control every single person in the world? Make up some bulls~~~ story, they will never notice the temperature on the other planets fluctuate on the same cycle, Tax the f~~~ers to breath. Make it so expensive to travel, the little f~~~ers will never leave their hometown. And, once they throw away all their books and record everything they know on the Internet, we take that away from them too and in three generations, they will be back to the Stone Age.

The other planets fluctuate on the same cycle? I posted sources. Where are yours?

Yeah, CO2 is a necessary part of photosynthesis. It also traps heat. The average global temperature was much higher back in prehistoric times because there was more CO2 in the atmosphere. Plants can adapt to changes over millions of years, but they have difficulty adapting to temperature changes that occur over mere decades. That’s the real reason why climate scientists are freaked out. We need agriculture to live … and we a putting it in jeopardy. What we are doing is literally worse than p~~~ing in your own drinking water.

Another Thing: Who wants to tax our breath? I’ve never heard an environmentalist advocate such an absurdity. This is slipping into Alex Jones territory now.

Finally, you talk about the return of the stone age as though it is a bad thing. In the stone age, men ruled over obedient women. The stone age wasn’t that bad in my opinion.

That may be true, but it doesn’t change the basic fact that we are dumping in the order of seven BILLION metric tons of CO2 into the atmosphere every year.

One massive volcano will dwarf that.

The Earth burps and farts all day long and there are sulfuric gasses, ash, toxins, and forest fires in California raging that blacken the sky worse than any amount of s~~~ that comes out of your car. There was a fire there a few weeks ago that totally blocked out the sun. You could look up and see an orange ball in the sky. The next day, the sky was as blue and clear as can be.

I have been to TaiPei and that place is so f~~~ing disgusting and polluted you can take a shower and walk 3 city blocks, come back to your hotel and wipe the black off your arms,….. while everyone is riding around on scooters that shoot black smoke out the back and everyone wears a surgeons masks.

That place is f~~~ing hell on Earth.
    I get it. It’s a problem.

Sometimes I crack a stinky fart that would melt your face. But when I open a window, it’s not going to change the climate.

These people don’t argue “pollution” or fight it.
They only PRETEND to give a f~~~ about “climate change”.

If the environment is so important to these morons… why don’t they turn off their cars at red / stop lights? Because they are never c~~~s to themselves.

I once looked at a bed spread that I thought was really cool. It was made out of real animal furs. I don’t remember if it was seal or fox or what. But this enviro-bitch all high on herself tried to give me s~~~ for liking it.

And then I pointed at her leather purse, belt and shoes.
She shut the f~~~ up pretty fast.

    • These people take elevators instead of the stairs.
    • They drive cars to the market instead of walking.
    • They drive instead of taking a bus.
    • Then their trade their 3 year old cars in for a new “hybrid” which is just like f~~~ing mother earth.

Enviroc~~~s are the biggest hypocrites the planet has ever seen.

I tell these c~~~s don’t talk to me about “climate change” or object to fur coats when you selected a car with leather seats, blast the air conditioning, and there’s a $20,000 Hermes Blue Ostrich bag slung over your arm. They are totally out of their minds.

Then they tell you how they “only eat vegan”.

If you keep doing what you've always done... you're gonna keep getting what you always got.

I said this before no climate change = no human life. Billions of years ago the earth was a glowing ball of iron and rock.
Where´s the surface weather reports from 10.000 BC?… There is none!

The little we know about the weather and how it has and will develop, but feel free to jump on the panic train.

The impact of human life on the climate change may be there, but we can´t tell the magnitude of it.

When the climate does change quickly, mass extinctions occur. This mass extinction has already begun.

    No mass extinctions here….
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Little_Ice_Age

The last mass extinction was caused by a meteor 65 Million years ago. Capitalism and consumerism will take care of that nowadays.

Living in the post-extinction wasteland might actually be fun.

Hmm?! How´s that going to work? Fried Zombies?

How to prevent climate change? There is no way! All we can do about it to abstain on consumerism! Don´t buy a new car, a new this, a new that, repair things and don´t trash them, plant trees, that´s the way to go if one really cared and yet you can´t measure ones impact on it, it´ll need a major change for all of us! This would definetly mean recycling everthing that is already existing into something new and preferably with the same purpose. Do you think that is going to happen? I don´t! Because there´s too much money in creating s~~~ that nobody needs… yet!

Gotta hug my tree now for a while. /s

Find manbearpig. He knows exactly what to do.

One massive volcano will dwarf that.

Mt. St Helens exploded in May 1980 and although the explosion dumped tons and tons of ash, sulfur, hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide and CO2 into the sky, life went on, the atmosphere cleared, there was no global flood, and life returned to area around the volcano in time. The earth is quite capable of dealing with it’s own messes and is certainly capable of dealing with man made ones too.

Enviroc~~~s are the biggest hypocrites the planet has ever seen.

They certainly act like domestic terrorists too. Destroying other peoples property, trying to ruin other peoples businesses. Like here in Ontario they were after Marineland with some jumped up accusations. It doesn’t seem they were successful fortunately.

There is a zoo as well they are in the process of ruining. These jerks have destroyed the business by stirring up hell on social media over some guy using a whip on a tiger. It will now be closing on October 1st after 25 years, a needless loss to the community there.

That’s not all. The same idiots(PETA) are actively interfering with the zoos efforts to relocate the animals to new homes. These people are complete dicks.

Then there’s the sea sheppard scandal. These people go and attack Japanese whaling ships, by ramming and throwing butter/soap on the decks. They even destroyed their own new boat so they could play the victims, when in reality they got run over because they purposely stopped in front of a ship, at a distance that made it impossible to avoid the collision.

You can read about their other acts of terrorism here. Some of which would certainly negatively impact the environment they claim to love.

Finally: “men ruled over obedient women”. You think I’m a one issue dumbass? This whole thing is ie engineered to enslave / extinguish the useless eaters. The useful idiots that support taxing anyone for carbon will get their just deserts.

What should we do about global climate change?

Kill more kittens and dog pups?

Hey, it´s JUST AS PLAUSIBLE a solution as taxing Co2 is, the gas that makes up, like, 0,04% of the atmosphere and is made the scapegoat for “climate change”….

If it does anything at all, it´s fertilizing every single f~~~ing plant on this planet. It would be GREAT if we had more CO2 in the air. (some)Marihuana Growers enrich their growrooms environment with it to get a bigger yield. Plants just LOVE Co2.

Oh yeah, did you know the dreaded Ozone hole was as big as never before in 2016? You know, the seasonal natural occuring phenomena used as a guise to ban FCKW back in the days just as the Patent for FCKW was running out….
(Ozone gets built in Summer over the equator and breaks down in cold temperatures over the poles)

    LOL

As for climate “change”: one little hiccup like a Krakatoa (volcano) event and we´ll have another mini ice age on our hands …

How about a height change tax on that dreaded gravity thing? I´m sure we can find proof it´s actually increasing! It f~~~s up stuff allright, just ask some people who´ve been in a plane crash… It´s an evil evil force!

Yes, because of our CO2 emissions, the earth is warming and has warmed in the past (about less than half a degree Celsius in the 20th century). When people talk about “scientific consensus,” that is what the consensus is—and nothing else.

    Everything else—everything—is speculation.

There is a mountain of difference between “small, manageable warming” and “catastrophic warming.” Other than a few speculations, there’s nothing to justify the latter.

What if an ant-vaxxer came up to you and said “it’s the scientific consensus that vaccines have side effects,” what would you say? Undoubtedly you’d say “of course, but the benefits far, far outweigh the side effects.”

It’s the same with fossil fuels. I don’t have to explain (and couldn’t even if I tried) the tremendous benefit fossil fuels have provided humanity with. You and I would likely not even be alive right now if it weren’t for fossil fuels.

So if anyone is going to suggest that we limit the use of this precious, life giving fluid, which powers over 90% of the world, he better have a damn good reason for it.

All the doomsday scenarios are based off climate models. But these models are not scientific. For a model to be scientific, it needs to be able to do two things: it needs to be able to explain what happened in the past—but, more importantly, it needs to be able to make predictions about the future.

And no one has been able to create a model that can actually make predictions.

    s~~~ models

As you can see, pretty much every model ever made has over-predicted the amount of warming that we’ve actually ended up observing.

Until someone can actually predict climate, we can safely dismiss all claims about catastrophic climate change.

Global climate change will devastate agriculture, leading to food shortages. Wars will be fought over the remaining food. Even the US military has planned for this.

This is scare mongering. This is what some people (not the scientific community as a whole) have predicted. But when was the last time a single environmental doomsday prediction has turned out to be true?

Science is not only about describing how the world works; it’s also about being able to make predictions. Since no environmental catastrophe predicted has ever occurred, it’s incumbent on us, as rational men, to be skeptical of them.

Plants are like natural scrubbers. They take the dirty air and produce clean air. Much like the Lithium Hydroxide canisters used on the Apollo spacecraft. Eliminating CO2 emissions would actually wipe out all life on earth.

But the people pushing this think everyone else failed grade 7 biology.

Tua culpa, Bigge. That is an incredibly misleading chart.

13950 articles about global warming. Okay. But then that raises the question:

    How much warming?

Pretty much no one, not even “skeptics,” thinks that the earth hasn’t warmed less than a degree celsius in the 20th century, and almost everyone thinks that man has contributed to most, if not all of it.

But, as I’ve said, there is a world of difference between a little warming and catastrophic warming.

Catastrophic warming is speculation; it is not the scientific consensus that we’re all going to die in a few decades because the world is warming.

What is certain, however, that life would be pretty bleak for most people if fossil fuels were to disappear tomorrow.

Complete and total myth and fabrication. There are over 1500 volcanoes active on earth. ALL OF THEM TOGETHER only produce about 200 millioin tons of CO2 every year compared to our SEVEN BILLION TONS.

There’s plenty of sources for this information, but how about Scientific American:

Are Volcanoes or Humans Harder on the Atmosphere?

I totally get that and I’m not advocating we throw in with Al Gore and his ilk any time soon. Why does it always have to be so f~~~ing Jingoistic with people here? Not you specifically Rockmaninoff.

I’m not even saying we should bother to recycle. I’m just saying the facts are facts. CO2 (and similar gasses) trap heat. Non disputable. We’re pumping ungodly amounts of CO2 into the atmosphere every year. Non disputable.

Our natural carbon sinks cannot absorb anywhere near this amount. Mostly beyond dispute, but I’ll leave room for massive algae blooms that can absorb even more, but that’s its own complete clusterf~~~ of a problem.

I worked on an oceongraphic research ship with a bunch of hardcore conservative scientists. Really sharp guys. If there was ANY way, and I mean ****ANY*** way they could find any real, reproducible evidence that climate change was a hoax these guys would havbe been all over it. For them it would mean, fame, immortality, nobel prizes, and huge cushy speaking contracts on the oil companies’ dime.

No such evidence exists. Believe me, these guys would have found it.

The effect of dumping BILLIONS of tons of extra CO2 into the air is real. It may still take genertion to really materialize, but it is real.

Volcanoes might not dwarf it, quite the opposite: they will reverse whatever we do, sometimes quite quickly….

Google “Krakatoa”. You know, the lovely little volcano that brought about such great adventures as “the year without summer” and the “Mini Ice Age” in the 1880´s….

Co2 seems more like a scapegoat, it´s like complaining about getting a little drunk on triple wodka orange drinks but blaiming the OJ. 😉

    Look guys.

    1. The climate changes. For some reason the sun is giving off more energy now than in the past. This happens. Therefore the earth will be warmer.

    2. The more CO2 in the in the air, the faster trees and plants will grow and pull more CO2 out of the air.

    3. Climate change is a “feminist issue”, so what does that tell you?

Seven billion tons guys. Seven billion.
    And growing, every single year.

When yellowstone erupts, it will render at least 50% of North America uninhabitable and permanently end the debate on “climate change”. Those “climate change” morons will be more concerned about where they will get their next meal from.

On that day, the vegans will give their eye teeth for a cheeseburger.

Suddenly the people who “only eat vegan” will be eating anything they can find. Beginning with their own words. That would be hilarious. During WWII , not a single person in Europe would turn down a piece of bread because it’s “not gluten free” and nobody turned a glass of milk away because they were “lactose intolerant” either.
