Trump was supposed to be the Law and Order candidate. Trump has proven himself to be persona non-grata.

Trump had all of law enforcement on his side when he won. He could have arrested the judge who overturned his muslim ban, and that would have been the end of it. Then he could have arrested anyone else who complains, and just like the Democrats arrest or kill every republican politician (or democrat) who gets in their way, Trump could have done the same – easily.
