So the gun grabbers are really starting to go hard in Virginia and things could get hot. What is everyones opinion here. Are any of you even paying attention or are you all to busy p~~~ing and moaning over Whaamen? Welcome to the Boogaloo boyz the battle lines are being drawn!
VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – Gov. Ralph Northam said Wednesday localities could face consequences if law enforcement officers don’t enforce gun laws.
When asked by a reporter if local governments would face retaliation for declaring themselves Second Amendment Sanctuaries, Northam responded, “There’s not going to be retaliation. That’s not what I’m about. I’m about making Virginia safer.”
Northam continued, “If we have constitutional laws on the books and law enforcement officers are not enforcing those laws on the books, then there are going to be consequences, but I’ll cross that bridge if and when we get to it.”
Isn’t some sheriff saying he is going to deputise every c~~~ .

Democrats pre file Assault weapons ban bill in VA.

As some may know, the last Session of the 2019 general assembly began today. On this day, many bills are prefiled to be offered on the first day of the new general assembly which begins on 1/8/20
Here is senate bill no.16 that is the ban on assault weapons, high capacity magazines, etc. as expected, there is no grandfather clause

You will also notice amongst the rest of the bills prefiled today that one of the things they are looking to ban is the carrying of weapons in Capitol square…so this would be the last lobby day where you can carry

It is every bit as bad as we constitutionalist had feared
Even a shotgun is a prohibited assault weapon if it has a pistol grip or has a tube that hold more than 7 rounds
I didn’t see any enumerated time period, so if it passes as is you have until July 1 to sell, move out of state, turn in, destroy, or otherwise render inoperable any prohibited items.
My guess is- they’re going to make one hell of an example out of the first groups of people they catch, then after that I predict subsequent people found in violation will be offered a plea deal for probation and a fine, at the cost of pleading guilty to a felony.
They win twice with that- no longer able to own guns and no longer able to vote.
If you notice, they’re allocating funds for increased incarceration due to these new laws as well, which kinda says they are NOT f~~~ing around, and they WANT to send good people to prison.
Something those of with NFA items may want to consider – My guess is they’ll use the copies of Form 4s for suppressors and SBRs sent to VSP for the CLEO notification requirement, and they’ll have probable cause for a search warrant and go make visits to check for “compliance”. They don’t even need to get them from ATF, tho I’m sure ATF would happily give them to VSP.
As suppressor =/= threaded barrel, which according to this absolutely draconian law, is an instant Felony if it’s on a handgun with a detachable mag.
2020 is going to make history. Good or bad.
Hopefully SCOTUS hears Healey v Worham and rules in favor of the Constitution.

The good news is most local and county law enforcement in Virginia see which way the wind is blowing and they are standing with the people, not the fascists in government.

It’s better to die fighting for your freedom than to live under tyrannical control. I don’t care whether it’s guns or televisions. No one is going to tell me that I cannot keep what I own.
Where does the majority of crime happen? In the big cities under left wing control.
Where does the majority of gun crimes happen? In the big cities with the most strict gun laws under left wing control.
Where does the majority of pollution happen? In the big cities under left wing control….the same lefties who claim pollution will lead to global warming.
Where is the least amount of crime, gun crimes, pollution…….in small towns and rural areas where I live with no gun control and mostly right wing minded people.

The U.S. has a very strong gun culture and it’s not going to change, not in my lifetime anyway. The local cops are not going to go door to door confiscating guns and even if they did I know there would be a lot of people who would stand strong and the only way they’d lose their guns is if they lost a gun fight. Now how would that go over? An honest gun owning citizen with no criminal record was shot and killed because he wouldn’t give up his weapon of protection. That would just strengthen everyone’s resolve and make it even more difficult to confiscate people’s guns.
You can’t budge on this, not even an inch. You can’t agree to any type of weapons ban……not magazine capacity, not type of weapon…..none of it. You give in on anything and they’ll eventually try to ban all firearms.
Right now, where I live, you never hear of anyone getting shot and everyone here that I know has many multiple rifles and handguns and they always carry at least one gun with them everywhere they go. I had a cop chew my ass one time because I didn’t have a gun on me that particular day. Everyone around here is very like minded when it comes to firearms. From our cold dead hands…………

You know what I learned in 12 years of unarmed civilian life? I never needed a gun! You do not understand the mentality most MGTOW have.
Though, MGTOW do not plan to do anything, MGTOW want society to burn to ash.
Many MGTOW are happy these local police are supporting the people because them doing so all but guarantees a confrontation.
The mentality MGTOW have on this is the same for why many MGTOW, and other people, voted for President Trump in 2016, and planning to vote for in 2020, if there are election held at that time.
That being that President Trump is viewed as a Molotov c~~~tail throw at government. And what a political fire that c~~~tail has created.
The fascists have done almost everything, including commit open treason in attempt to remove him from office. They have committed acts of censorship, disenfranchisement, disarmament, and violence against tens of millions of his supporters.
They are already insane. They will come completely unglued if he wins the 2020 election. And even if he does not, they will still go full tyranny on his supporters.
They want everyone that does not obey them with question to be dead. They want to go house to house with death squads, burning everything down in their wake.
And many MGTOW would be okay with this, because MGTOW wants civilization to be torn down to the foundations, with the only things left being rubble and ashed.
MGTOW do not care how society is destroyed. Just that it does. And the reasons are simple.
MGTOW want these fascists to show themselves for the nazis they falsely accuse other people of being. MGTOW want them to throw off their claims of civility and self-righteousness to become the hedonistic, savage animals they truly are.
The other reason is MGTOW have no future in this current society. But, MGTOW may have a future in the aftermath of the collapse of civilization.

My opinion is that the people will just take it again. The problem with gun control laws is that they are like all things liberal -crazy but vociferously shouted for by a small number. The shouting causes an incremental shift left. There is much pain but no one cares enough to fight for what is actually a very small loss. Then a new normal is established. Normal people pat themselves on the back for staying in the normal boundaries. then the left start to shout again and another incremental shift is made.
If you asked a man in 1919 would he allow all this regulation and immigration and femtardation that the last century has brought he would say “I will fight to the death against that” and so would almost every other man and the nonsense would be crushed but they didn’t ask a man back then that question. They just told him his wife got a vote and he said “bummer” but he still thought he would get his house cleaned, sex on demand and his food cooked in return for his labour. The left move by incrementalism. The right lack the will power to stand up for tiny slices of their freedom at a time because in the end they are the reasonable faction of society and civil war in defense of a tiny slice of freedom is not reasonable.
So the people will take this one up the arse again if forced to. Incrementalism will continue until the whole of the state proves unfit to enforce law. Then the citizens will re-arm but only when the state has failed.
