I’ve probably been in your position and made similar choices not long ago.
More recently I have an Alaska Airlines flight attendant neighbor (but not your brunette, Sky-O) who is at least a 9 and resembles a certain supermodel from the 80’s, who comes over to my house pretty frequently just to hang out and see what I’m up to. And I barely notice her. I don’t always even say hi to her when she’s walking up to my house or trying to talk to me from across the street. It’s a different mindset or stage of life that I’m in. For now it works for me. Your mileage may vary.
