What else could I do?

Last December I told you guys about the female doctor I was introduced to at a country club Christmas party, who got too drunk to take home. So I sent her home in a cab. I stayed in touch with her when I was in Florida over the winter. In February she came down and I took her out to dinner and a VERY expensive Broadway show. I spent the night with her in a fabulous hotel room in Palm Beach. Since I’ve been home I took her to a party in early March before the storm hit. On Friday I was talking to her on facetime and I noticed the phone was moving. She walked into the bedroom. She held the phone away from herself. She was in bed naked as the day she was born, and said ” Come and get it.” What the hell else could I do. I dropped the blue pill, grabbed my toothbrush, and high tailed it over there. You can guess the rest.

She’s a divorced women. Ten years younger than me and nice looking. Her Indian doctor husband took a job in California. She refused to move and they split up. Her youngest son in high school went with him. Her older son is in medical school and the school has them working in a hospital out of town. She has a beautiful condo home overlooking the river. In other words a lot more money than me. I don’t know guys. I might keep this one as long as she doesn’t insist that I move in with her. No way I’d ever get married again, too complicated. That and I think she drinks a bit too much. We’ll see how it goes when the pandemic is over.
