Anonymous6Greetings Gentlemen. I have a question for you. What brought you to this website? Also, what made you join the community here?
I myself was helping a good friend through a divorce. He was having his blue pill world turned upside down. It took some time and some patience on my part but he eventually got through his rough patch and came out stronger. Later on he called me and told me about this thing called MGTOW. At first I didn’t really listen because he finds obscure stuff sometimes that isn’t relevant to my life at all. But he insisted, he told me that a lot of the stuff that I was telling him was well within the MGTOW universe. So being a friend it was only fair, he listen to me for so long and now it was time for me to reciprocate. Oh and I had turned him on to Tom Lykes. So here I am, one of many.
I was blindsided in a nasty breakup nearly thirty years ago and that’s what started me on my path to a MGTOW lifestyle. It was an initial shock for me when I first realized how women really think and how stone cold and heartless they actually are. It was only a few years ago that I even heard the term “MGTOW”.
Before that I had thought that I was the only one who saw things that way! And that’s no lie… 😀

I had MGTOW qualities before I even knew what MGTOW was. I started with Youtube videos, and started lurking on the site for about a week. Since then, I’ve been MGTOW!
Fuck bitches... literally and metaphorically
I had really thought that I was the only one who actually saw thing that way
Makes two of us. The more I read the intros it seems to be a common experience.
I found the site after researching why girls were acting the way they were towards me. Girls who were lazy, who had poor work ethic, school and credit card debt, no assets, 10 year old car, 3 cats, 1 bedroom apt. etc etc. thought that they could be in charge of me and my life.
I happened to find a reply on youtube video describing how online dating is a scam, and the poster suggested reading MGTOW.com
Well after reading stories for about a day I came to the same realization most of you came to, I’m not the only one this s~~~ has happened to.
Then I thought back to my past relationships and realized I always had the same mentality towards women. But as I grew older I became more and more blue pill since I wasn’t successful in landing a wife.
It’s been over a year since I started on these forums and I haven’t looked back.
Becoming widowed at age 60 and realizing I had a target on my back and every gold digger in town knew where to find me.
I found it while searching through man cave videos on YouTube, then video recommendations lead me to female behavior from Sandman. I did a Yahoo search to see if MGTOW was a site, and since I never cared for women, I joined.

Observing the utterly disastrous marriages in my enormous family as I was growing up. It was all I needed.
As for what brought me to this site specifically, I don’t actually recall.
Aunt Esther: Fred, I'll have you know this body was blessed by Mother Nature!! Fred: Well, too bad your face was cursed by Father Time!
Anonymous43almost dying for a c~~~, almost being killed by the c~~~, and a refusal do die out of spite…f~~~ you, c~~~!
A search for ‘bachelor life’ led me to Prager-U and TFM was calling bulls~~~ in the comments. I watched lots of TFM that day, and that started my journey.
If you rescue a damsel in distress, all you will get is a distressed damsel.
Google search, “married but I want out”, top three result. I lurked for two months and then signed up, I read for another four months before posting an intro. I suffered some pretty nasty attacks for that, but my assailants don’t spend time here anymore.
Maybe they found a unicorn.
Even Keymaster weighed in. I’m not MGTOW since I’m married, but I’m absolutely red pill. Life gets complicated when you marry a woman and the government.
I’m here because where else are you going to go when you see the truth clearly and you know that there are men years ahead AND those that are just starting down a path.
I failed to realize in my youth that I was the prize. I was going to work. I was going to earn. Little did I realize that due to feminism, that no longer meant I had to share. Road soon, Desert after.
When I was researching (for the 100th time) why my wife (now ex) wouldn’t ever initiate sex. I spent years thinking it was my fault, and tried tirelessly to “fix” the problem. What a simp 🙂
Turns out it’s quite common and there’s nothing a guy can do to change it. Thanks MGTOW… the weight that lifted from my shoulders that day, was nothing short of miraculous.
Being hit with the “I’m not happy bomb” after 25 years being married and losing half my s~~~.

Anonymous31. My parent’s marriage and my childhood gave me also a lot of PTSD worthy experiences. So I was somehow always skeptical, but first I thought I may be more lucky.
2. Being heartbroken many many times as a young dude.
3. And when I had relations~~~s, those were all bad, or turned bad.
4. Looking on the web for truth about relationships or something like that. I don’t know how I found then the Mgtow word.
5. Accepting, no one ever will love me, ( as in all the fairy tale mainstream stuff, what love is advertised to be.)

I also thought that I was alone in my MGTOW type thoughts. Everyone that I knew would write me off as a woman hater and then go full blast into paying for women, marriage, and everything else blue pill. It was disgusting to me. All the guys who I knew that did that stuff got craped on all the time and thought it was normal. Now I know that many men out there see the light.

Well, I’ve always been MGTOW. I knew what women were like by the time I was old enough to date. I guess you could say I was lucky, but it was really the result of my sociopathy preventing me from taking seriously any social norms or beliefs. I really have no clue how I found this website, but I saw it when it was brand new, read some topics on it once in a while, and then joined on a whim.
Women are better at multitasking? Fucking up several things at once is not multitasking.
The fact is that the truth of MGTOW has always been. It’s just that we are only now collectively starting to take a peak behind society’s curtain… 😀
I discovered MGTOW at the beginning of my divorce around 4 yrs ago but didn’t really buy into it until I started dating again.
I’ve dated on and off, had some horrid breakups and pain. Still date a bit, but I doubt I’ll ever marry again.
For me it was organic growth from the the day the female chewed my ass for holding the door open for her, whiche led to Feminism , YouTube video, google mgtow.
