I wanted to make a thread and see what everyone’s reading each month, if no one is opposed to the idea. This month is October, so I’m currently reading the collected works of H.P. Lovecraft in honor of Halloween. Love to hear what you guys are checking out at the moment.

Anonymous18Oliver Stone’s Untold History of the United States
André Kostolany – Die Kunst, über Geld nachzudenken – Finance
K.J. Sievert -Kommando- Unternehmen – Military
Timur Vernes- Look Who’s Back – Humor
David Mitchell- Cloud Atlas – FictionIDGAF
I got the entire The Destroyer series (Remo Williams) on my iPad. There’s a lot of scifi books I’ve gotten, so I have something to read when I’m not playing MMO’s in my spare time.

Swallow this RED PILL ===> Men will lay down their lives for their brothers, their women and their children. This makes Men useful as slaves. Women will lay down their lives for ONLY their children. To expect more from women is just a FANTASY created by society and reinforced by the unconditional love that we experienced from our Mothers. The key to freedom is the understanding that the woman you meet is not going to fantastically love you like your Mother did. If you buy into the fantasy, then she is your new master. If you do not buy into the fantasy, then she is nothing, and you retain your freedom.

Gods Bankers by Gerald Posner a great non-fiction revealing the underbelly of one of the oldest orders of the world. Thick book filled with FACTS.

Re: Gods Bankers I read this one less than a month ago. It is a major important book. And, this is not to detract in the slightest from the other books in the previous posts. I intend to read all of these, and I have read some already in fact.
Society asks MGTOWs: Why are you not making more tax-slaves?
The Holographic universe.
The first few chapters are good with some Quantum Physics basics but then it descends into new agey and supernatural stuff. Not so good.
I want to get my head around Quantum Mechanics for Scientists and Engineers by David A. B. Miller which is the fundimentals but it’s pretty much required to be competent in A-Level Math and Physics just to get your head around the equations. So that’s staying on the shelf for when i get the time to delve into it properly.
u welcome @lucifer (Jesus the Light Bringer)
if you’re into that sort of stuff here’s 2 by Jon Ronson I just finished:
Them – adventures with extremists
&
The Men Who Stare at GoatsAs for non-fiction, I totally recommend ‘Survivor’ by Palahniuk (writer of Fight Club)

Love the Destroyer series!

So that’s staying on the shelf for when i get the time to delve into it properly.I’ve an interesting theory about the universe, and that it’s made up of Space-Time and Time-Space. They are connected, in the same way like magnetic fields and electric fields of the atoms are ‘connected’ 90° to each other.
***
Space-Time is what you see around you (what we’d call normal space) and it began expanding from the Big Bang, until there’s either a Great Crunch – or will continue expanding, resulting in a very spread out and cold universe. In the latter case, the atoms will eventually decay over a very long period of time.
***
Time-space, however, is the results of every possible outcome, sort of starting like a tree and branching out, depending on the various possible results. Think of the timeline you use when you want to describe time. If there’s a choice with two or more results, the timeline branches. The result of this theory is that there is no such thing as free will, because since every outcome is equally possible, it will result in a branching of the timeline.
Think of the dinosaurs. If there’s a possibility that the meteor didn’t strike Earth in prehistoric times, there’s a possibility they survived. And if there’s a possibility, it becomes a certainty that they might have survived longer. Maybe there exist an Earth where the dinosaurs exist in 2015, but in a different branch that split before 65 million years ago.
***
Ok, about choices. Say you’re going to decide what you want for breakfast. There’s multiple choices, including no breakfast, and each outcome is equally possible. The result is that if it’s possible, the possibility will happen. The “other” you, is just as real as you in this timeline, but the choice you made gives an illusion that your present outcome is “unique”.
***
It’s a bit complicated, and I have a couple of theories of this branching, like shot-gun spread of the timeline branch (instantaneous spread), and the dividing droplet-theory were the branches are forced from each other until they separate.(non-instantaneous spread).
***
The other thing about Time-Space is that unlike Space-Time, it won’t contract, ie. Time won’t reverse.
***
The easiest way to think of Time-Space is what is called the multi-verse that is contained in a multi-dimensional “sphere”, to allow for a very great number of outcomes. The membrane of this “sphere” is what we call present time.

quote: 1. being, existing, or occurring at this time or now; unquote
I usually think of what’s inside this sphere as past history, and what is outside of this ever-expanding sphere as the future.. On this surface, we occupy some portion, while the dinosaurs might occupy a different portion that is separated and so we cannot really detect it.
***
The shortest time is called Planck-time. There might be possible that the time for each ‘choice’ can be shorter, however I don’t think so, as I think Planck-time is the shortest possible time-unit that the universe can follow coherently. But it’s just a theory I like to think of as useful.
***
Lastly, I was thinking of gravity and how it’s connected. There’s this theory were the multi-verse can be liced into different portions, balled branes, which could be a reason for why gravity is such a weak force. Hmm, I was thinking that gravity could be an expression of the surface of Time-Space itself. Sort of spreading to every possible universes, but divided so it’s a weak force. And here comes the kicker, as the sphere expands, the force weakens. Thus there is no ‘dark matter’ at all!!

So, who’s to say it doesn’t pay to be Mensa? I hope you’ve understood some of my rambling.

Interesting concept you got there! Had to take a screenshot. Gonna have to revolve my mind on that. What about another thread on that topic?

Qcummer – thanks buddy, will investigate.
Skeptisk – You should check out some of David Bohm’s stuff if you haven’t already – pretty interesting.

Not to completely derail the thread, but I’ve been thinking a lot about IQ tests and Mensa lately. I’ve never been tested and I kind of want to see where I place I did the quiz thing Mensa provides on their website and I did pretty good, but they said that’s not necessarily an indicator of admission.

The Men’s Bible – Troofova ReethinInteresting concept you got there! Had to take a screenshot. Gonna have to revolve my mind on that. What about another thread on that topic?
I’m hoping the theory doesn’t seem to out there. Anyway, on topic, books:
When I got my iPad I decided to get some classics, Jules Verne, Arthur Conan Doyle, Edgar Alan Poe, Lovecraft, Kipling, etc. etc. etc. Even found The Book of Five Rings by Miyamoto Musashi, though I think I’ve read it some time ago.
