When I read your title and post, I couldn’t help but think of that legendary quote from ‘The Room’.

To answer your question. Zero.

I used to be running around getting sex when/where I could. It cost me work-wise, financially, time-wise, and lost many friends as a result.

In hindsight, prostitution would have been a lot cheaper, and less hassle.

Since going MGTOW, I have no interest in a meathole. I would rather fap 2/3 times a week. In my opinion, any sexual interaction with a female is a liability, and just not worth the time/money/resources.

And btw… the most alone I ever felt, was when I was in a relationship.

Monk happens when you become fully aware of the danger, and/or lack of return on investment from females.

It is different for everyone – time wise.

Took me over a year to digest the reality of what was, and now I don’t even want a female in my life.

At the beginning, I was a f~~~ing wreck of a person. Felt like a huge pussy. I cried, had depression, wanted to call the ex and work things out, and all of that fun stuff.

It is difficult at first, but gets MUCH better. Take the time to read the stories here and observe the world with the new found wisdom. When your rose colored spectacles slip, you will start to get angry. After that life slowly improves.

The problem for me lately is, having been MGHOW for more than a few years coupled with sobriety — my life is going well and my family knows it.

I’m facing a lot of back pressure it seems, my Father made a remark about giving him a grandson. Its difficult because my biological brothers are married with kids and their wives have been quite upstanding. I live in Texas which still has pockets of strong traditionalism.

Its emotionally draining to see what seems possible, and to face that with your parents who want you to have what they had. They don’t understand the dangers I’m facing.

A part of me wants sex, a wife, a kid, what my brothers have. To make my parents into grandparents. Another part of me knows better. Being 32 years old like this is confusing. I hold fast to my Stardusk Compilation. But still, that inner conscious saying to go for it….

I suppose we all face this.
