I met with an attorney, told him what was going on, wrote him a check and told him where I was going when I left his office.

Then I walked right into the nearest police station, showed my ID and stated why I was there. Cuffs were put on within minutes.

And I was innocent. My attorney was at my arraignment, made bail and months later, walked away from it all clear and free when it got resolved.

Something similar once happened to me. A nightmare neighbour was playing his music as loud as he could at 4 am. I snapped. Kicked his door in and burst inside. Thankfully they were pretty startled as I soon came to my senses and realised “F~~~. Im stood in the middle of his room, there’s 10 of them and 1 of me. This could go horribly wrong !!!” I soon made a quick smooth exit while trying not to shake in fear. Lol

Please consider moving. Get legal help if necessary. Where I live, noise like that puts the rental contract in breach. You might have to document the noise, but it shouldn’t be hard. Please get out and save your sanity. Good luck.

Since you’re still living there, it’s worse than I thought! (I had first understood only the Asian guy was living in that complex.) If you can’t even find peace at your own place, how can you unwind after a stressful day? How can you sleep? Your mental and physical health is on the line here. Get out of that hell hole asap, man! In the meantime, try and get that window fixed, talk to the cops and start collecting evidence on the creature downstairs. Don’t talk to her or the person living with her yet. Hi DYD glad that you are alright, my dad had similar problems many years ago with noise from the neighbour so he turned speakers to wall and played loud bagpipe music on return button and then came to the pub for around 4 hours, I think they left after that. My dad also said never rush into things, make a decision in the morning, sleep on it, he also told me a joke about not rushing into things so here goes.

I had an obnoxious group of kids always standing outside precisely under my window for a year playing music and smashing stuff up until 3 at night. I ended up ordering a jammer for phone signals. Apparently they are illegal in this country but all I had to do was flip a switch and the problem literally removed itself.

Maybe you can look into how to overload their power circuits or jam their wireless, they can’t prove it was you (easily) and most people I know stream their music over the internet. No wireless, no internet. No internet, no music. My old microwave also has a seriously detrimental effect on bluetooth signals for some reason.

Also paying one of the ‘guests’ to clog the toilet usually works quite well… did that once and the venue cleared out in less than an hour. Once people start p~~~ing off the roof even the cops and the landlord will kick into a higher gear.

The trick is to start countermeasures early so you don’t get angry… getting angry never helps.

Well the good news is that the police only called you. If this were a real problem they would be out looking for you. Jail is no fun believe me.

The bad news is that she is in your head and manipulating your emotions to achieve her ends. I suggest you flush her out of your mind and take control of the situation. By provoking you to violence she now has the police/establishment as allies against you. That is a losing situation.

When I was very poor and forced to live in the “projects” Title 8 housing there were 77 units. All were black except 5. There was the loud music, drugs etc. But I only had a problem once and I resolved it effectively.

I put up a big confederate flag in the picture window. I also monitored local cordless phones with a police scanner so I could hear what they were saying. They would see me from time to time go out to my car armed with all kinds of rifles/weapons etc. And the general consensus was that I was a crazy white boy and no one f~~~ed with me. And I answered their music with my own–they described it as “Dracula-ass music” scared the s~~~ out of them. Never had to resort to fighting.

The closest I ever came was when some bitch threatened me with her “gang-banging” BF. That didn’t work out well for her. You see all the units had exterior AC which has an evaporator made of foam. I found a jug, filled it a 1/4 with milk, and a few raw eggs, peed in it, sealed it and set it out in the sun for two weeks. One dark night this formulation found its way into her evaporator. A few hours later they fled the apartment and never came back.

Update:

I handed myself in today to the city police station. Spoke to a friendly MALE police officer and he interviewed me in the interview room with the camera and tape recorder. (Well, its all digital today.)

Admitted what i had done, explained my situation and why what happened, happened. I was polite, calm and concise.

I was then taken to the cell, which is standard procedure, made to hand my personal belongings in onto a plastic tray, and take off my trousers because it has string in it to tie it up, and they gave me some replacement trousers.

I was in the cell for no more than 15 mins and the police officer came back in and told me his boss said they are not going to charge me or take me to court, they knew about my 5 months of hell with the bitch downstairs and said they understood why i did what i did and were surprised I didnt snap sooner. The fact that i had logged complaints to the police over 5 months and noise control certainly went in my favour.

All i have to do is go to a meeting early next year i think, with a police officer and some councillor type to discuss replacing the window and sorting out the rift with the bitch downstairs. We’ll see what happens.

The fact i handed myself in also went in my favour.

The icing on the cake was when i walked through reception to leave, i saw some bitch complaining about a smashed window and heard my name mentioned. AS i walked outside I saw a real estate vehicle parked there, and I realised it was that bitches real estate agent complaining and filing a complaint about me smashing the window.

Ha ha haaaaaaaa! Suck my f~~~ing dick bitches. No charge, and no court for me. Shes wasting her time. The police are not interested in taking me to court at all.

I’m even allowed to come and go as i please to my mates house whenever i like.

Maybe ive been lucky, but its about bloody time something went in my favour.
