I don’t know what the right answer to this is, other then do all you can to prevent it from happening. I have heard of that case before… statutory rape of an underage boy and now the boy is 18, he has to pay child support to the female rapist.

I know this world is stacked against men today. We see it in story after story here, but this is different. This world isn’t that f~~~ed up, yet.

A one-on-one interaction becomes hard to justify not giving consent for an act that you would have to be accountable for. Example being; you have an expected outcome with consent – this girl gets pregnant or doesn’t.

In the case provided by the OP the expected outcome is not what happens. In fact, it is wrongful or criminal deception for personal gain – hence fraud.

Conspiracy of theft comes into play because the other female took his stuff without his consent. Whether or not he discards his milkshake with the female he had sex with, his consent was not in giving it to someone else.

Theft may be the harder issue to resolve as criminal, but the fraud should be quite easy to establish.

The JUST thing to do, as if our legal system had anything to do with justice, would be to assign the financial support of such a child conceived to only two people: the woman who got pregnant and the woman who stole the sperm.

Assignment of responsibility should be on the basis of the execution of free will and choice. How can you be held responsible for something in which you had no choice?
