    re her stuff.

Send her a text with a time she can come and get her s~~~, put it out the front, and make sure you’re not home.

Tell her if its not gone within a certain time it goes to the dump.

Return stuff, go no contact and stick to it. Ignore her attempts to reach out to you. Have distractions when you think of her – computer games, crosswords etc. Break the cycle of over obsessive thinking by doing an activity like that each time you get misty eyed and nostalgic. Exercise alot. Avoid alcohol and caffeine. Give it TIME and SPACE and don’t worry you will forget this broad and meet another bitch down the road to start the cycle with again. Or go full MGTOW and no f~~~s given. But that my friend is down the road for you when you finally tire of the toxic narcissists. PM me if you need help with NC as I’ve done the process quite a few times. It hurts like a bitch then gets easier. Don’t date again until you are in a better emotional place.

Your gut is correct and the writing is on the wall. Don’t keep putting yourself through it bro. Kick this bitch to the curb and learn from this young man. At your age there will probably be many more. Welcome to MGTOW brother. Beers are in old sage’s fridge.

Exactly. Don’t ever go running back to a woman. Before long you’ll be reminded of why you left in the first place. One of my friends did that with his ex-wife. Even moved back to Ohio to do it. He was out the door within 2 years. You can sweep your side of the street (doing maintenance on yourself), but if the other person doesn’t do theirs, nothing will change.

You know you’ve moved on when no longer any hard feelings and just living YOUR life. You don’t care who she is seeing because you know you are FREE and you and her both know the new guy aint no patch on you. Live free 🙂

And NO they don’t change. The sex is never as good and you realise the bullet you’ve dodged. A hook up with an old flame has a certain familiar comfort to it but there’s a good reason we say “one chance, per woman, per lifetime”. Also it p~~~es them off to see you move on without them because they realise your emotions died and their golden vag really was full of rust!

You really minded me of Jim Croce with that post. Esp that last line. lol

Croce had so many MGTOW songs.

I Got A Name = Going your own way, and having an identity
Box #10 = Be weary of women. Chasing tail got himself robbed, and homeless in a new town. He got screwed because he let his guard down.
Operator = Being obsessed with an ex, and then realizing it’s not worth it and moving on.
Lover’s Cross = Showing how bad women will s~~~ on you. Esp when the man leaves.
Bad Bad Leroy Brown – The pretentious lady’s man (PUA) who thought he was tough, who paid the price for chasing tail that wasn’t worth it.
