If the Republican party leadership has any intelligence whatsoever, right now they are DEEPLY regretting how they f~~~ed over Ron Paul in 2012 to try to get their little creature Romney into power.

They thought they could sit back and let Hillary f~~~ things over so badly that the American People would come crawling back in four years to vote for whoever they tell them to vote for, get their little creature into power again, and be the ones writing the big checks again while the country spirals down the bowl. The GOP is so pathetically inept. They get elections basically handed to them and all they do is fight among themselves and hand the victory to the opposition. You’ve got two or three Democrats running and twenty Republicans running when it all starts. Instead of playing as a team they just s~~~ all over each other and lessen the appeal for whoever gets the nomination.

It is a testament to Trump’s resilience that he was able to weather the storm against both parties trying to sabotage his campaign.

I think it’s more than that.

I think it’s testament to Trump’s intelligence that he recognized the deep dissatisfaction the American People have with both parties.

In all this brouhaha over male vs. female voters, black vs. white, and so on they are missing the main point: Trump was elected by the Independent vote.

I suspect that the media etc. would actually rather try to ignore that little fact, hoping to keep people stuck into the easily divide and conquerable demographic teams.

Bernie Sanders also saw that dissatisfaction, and tried his phony bid to pretend to be an outsider to appeal to it, but the democrat party managed to squash that to get their creature Hitlery nominated.

For a time, I was hearing things, like how he never accepted money from anyone other than regular citizens for his campaign. They showed him being on the “right” side of many important decisions. The guy wanted to go after the top 1%. It all sounded quite nice. But bottomed out.

I think that he was a Democrat, should have been an obvious enough red flag. Will know for next time.
