It’s Morning in America!

I don’t know about you guys but for the first time in a LOOOOOOOOONG time I felt a sense of calm and optimism. The world didn’t seem so crazy today and just walking around in my hometown felt like it did when I was younger. It felt like America of old.

Even though literally nothing has happened to make it that way it still felt great to know that we won and maybe some common sense will take root again:

– Lower Corporate and Personal Taxes
– Lower capital gains taxes
– Repealed Obamacare and significantly reduced premiums
– Getting dangerous illegals off the streets and savings a ton of money on the ones who abuse our system
– Job creation across the board
– Repeal of NAFTA
– Increased tariffs on goods coming from overseas
– Stronger military no more need to pander to our wimpy allies and enemies
– More mental health facilities to stick all of the crazy homeless on the streets
– Upgraded infrastructure (bridges and highways) across the land
– Repealing terrible EPA and Government Regulations that destroy jobs and industries
– No more climate change garbage and subsidies for useless alternative energy products that very few people use
– Reduced welfare, food stamps and unemployment benefits
– No more wasted money going to useless social programs that help 1% of the population

All of these issues will help out regular average Americans. We still need to be good to each other though. Being kind to gays and minorities is still an admirable trait however nobody gets a “free pass” anymore. That goes for women too.

We shall see what get passed but having the House, Senate, Supreme Court Justices and The President all on the same page is a HUGE victory for all Americans.

Not that I have much hope for it, but I’d personally like to see large sections, if not all, of the Communications Act of 1996 repealed. I know the republicans in general wouldn’t ever have had the b~~~~ to ram that up corporate media’s ass, but Trump just might.

THAT will shut them the f~~~ up. And go a long way to net neutrality, cheaper communications, and eliminate a log of the mass bias and bulls~~~ in the media.
