This is what I would do.

Pay the absolute minimum, interest only if possible. Ask you daughter to help all the time, and ask your wife to help all the time. Keep on them. Your wife can get work if she has too. Then start doing things you like.

If you like your interactions with your wife then fine, but if you do not like those interactions, then just stop them. Stop spending time doing the things you do not like. If she hates you, then ignore her. She will either run for the hills and solve your problems or she will change her attitude.

You really can read and read and watch lots of video’s and think it through in detail. Figure out what will make you happy. It is not easy it takes a lot of thought. The main point to learn is that you do not owe them s~~~. You will change your mind a lot, but you will develop a strategy that will adjust your life. It is fun to do, it is healthy time.

Take some territory, then take more.
